Trap doms

>trap doms

be grateful for doms. You feel progress. After a while, doms go away and it's hard to feel like you 'killed' a chest or leg day even though you raped it's ass.

I got 365 on squat yesterday and still get doms. Idk why

Eat more protein.

>not switching up your workouts at least monthly to hit the muscle from different angles and relive the DOMS of your neophyte days.

deadlifts still kill my traps and hamstrings after at least 3 years

I prefer daddy doms.

I thought this thread was about dominant traps at first. I've been here too long :(

>Low low lat doms, like right where it ties into your ass

>hamstring DOMS

>When you sneeze with abdominal DOMS

>tfw anus/prostate DOMS

>180 g a day
>eat more protein
This board, I swear.

>tfw there's stairs

Eat more food in general then.

>that first time ever lifting a weight with your triceps

This. Skullcrushers still give me doms more often than any other exercise.

This. Damn. Only started lifting seriously a few months ago and I miss the tricep and chest DOMs already.

pec doms were the fucking worst i could not do anything for the next 2 days my first time i lifted
Felt good though, would do it again

>trap doms

>doing bland as fuck SS
>no isolations
>have a particularly good day and get through my session faster than usual
>decide to take a little time to try rippletits brand lying tricep extension
>not to heavy, just enough to feel a decent stretch and mild challenge on the last couple reps
>good day
>next day
>OH LORD MY ARMS ARE RUINED
>EVERY TIME I BEND MY ELBOW IS AGONY
>PLEASE END MY LIFE

Squat plugs can help you with core bracing, but I find that with high reps I still get doms, regardless of weight. Reps seems more dom triggering than weight for me.

>tfw you sit down on a toilet after doing squats the first time ever and you realize you can't get up

its not a matter of experience/training level, its a matter of how often you train a certain movement pattern / muscle.

>dom traps

...

l-lewd!

>forearm doms

Lord

>cranium doms

>post RDL doms

Guys how do o get rid of doms i never liked it it's horrible. I've been foam rolling my quads n hamstrings but it's horrible. Is it okay to take Ibuprofen?

Same
I came in here expecting to shitpost

>get kicked in the nuts 3x5
>testicular doms

>neck DOMS

Captcha: Calle Calle

>youtube dom's

>wake up with a crick in my neck that stays there for 3 days

all of the pain none of the gain

Just recovered from calves DOMS, worst fucking thing ever

>right glute doms

So glad i never have to experience that again
