It's a 6 day routine that I somehow came up with
Monday - Legs
Squats, 4 sets x 8 reps
Leg press, 4 sets x 8 reps
Leg extension, 4 sets x 8 reps
Leg curl, 4 sets x 8 reps
Calf raises, 4 sets x 15 reps
Tuesday - Chest
Benchpress, 3 sets x 8 reps
Dumbbell flyes, 3 sets x 8 reps
Cable flyes (frontal), 3 sets x 8 reps
Cable flyes (downwards)*, 3 sets x 8 reps
*basically you're up straight, and pull down the cables near your pelvic area keeping your arms as extended as possible
Wednesday - Biceps
It's just curls, any kind, with different speed and different grip, but always 4 sets x 8 reps of each exercise, 4 exercises total, never more
Thursday - Back
Pullups, 4 sets, till failure
Lat machine (reverse grip), 3 sets x 8 reps
Standing t-bar row, 3 sets x 8 reps
Close grip seated cable row, 3 sets x 8 reps
Wednesday - Triceps
Just like biceps, any kind of exercise that isolates them, 4 exercises total, 4 sets x 8 reps
Saturday - Shoulders
Overhead dumbbell press, 4 sets x 8 reps
Dumbbell front raise, 4 sets x 8 reps
Dumbbell lateral raise, 4 sets x 8 reps
Dumbbell seated bent-over rear raise, 4 sets x 8 reps
Every day, after that, I also do abs.
It's a combination of 50 reps of crunches with 5kg behind my back, and 50 reps of leg raises with 4 kg between the legs, until I do a total of 400 of them.
Diet wise, I just ate whatever I could during autumn and winter, drinking only water and avoiding trash food. Now that I'm cutting, I had a 1200 calories diet for a month (april) and raised it to 1700 after I lost 5 kg in that month (see the change from February to April) Now it's:
Breakfast: 250gr greek yogurt
Snack: some fruit (avoid bananas and other fruit that has a lot of sugar)
Lunch: 100 gr of pasta or rice, with 50gr of legumes OR 200gr of vegetables (broccoli, mushrooms etc)
Snack: again, fruit
Dinner: 200gr of chicken, or fish, or ham, and 2-3 eggs (only the white part).

I really need to focus on my upper body and get my poverty bench up. I'd like to get over 3 pl8 like you when I hit my 4 year mark (currently at like 2 years and a couple months).
Have you tried squatting in heels? I had a similar problem and getting heels helped quite a bit.
I have squat shoes but their heels are pretty small :/ I bet it would help. But to be fair, my ankle mobility is SHIT and I really need to address that. And yeah, my bench got up to 365 when I was 207 body weight. If you bulked 20-30lbs or so and cut back I bet you'd improve lifts a lot.

try to plan your meals a little better-it should help prevent overeating. that being said, the lower your bodyfat gets, the more you're going to have to deal with that sort of thing when cutting.
you're def overthinking it tho-not gonna shrink away overnight or anything. if it worries you, just have 1 serving of almonds or peanuts like suggested.
