My cheat day was Friday. I had beer, two tacos, and ate as much cheeseburger as I could which was just half of one and some fries, which were GREAT. However because I was patronizing local businesses I did not have accurate nutritional information on hand. 4 miller lite is easy enough to count, but the tacos from the Mexican dive? The burger from the local pub? That was all I had for the day, but because I don't know how much it was, i'm cutting harder today than usual, on top of an hour of biking on the lake and two hours rowing in the lagoon. I've been eating no more than 1200 a day on this cut.

5 liters of wine.

Shot myself in the foot by starting prep right after liver surgery and starting off at 200lbs (163 right now). But I told everyone i'd do the show last semester so I wasn't gonna be a bitch and not do it

This doesn't serve a thoughtful response but I'll give it one. This is in the context of a cut. When you're on a cut you get used to eating a lot less than you usually do, so it takes less food to fill you up. So even when you cheat and binge, you don't binge as much as you would if you were eating at maintenance or a surplus.

Looking good. What happened to your liver and how'd they get in there? They did a great job I don't see any scars.

on the liver they did something that made several small incisions to minimize scarring

Got like 3000 kcal in shortbread during the day. I feel ashamed as usual.

I'm from new jersey. There os this little pizza place literally 2 minutes from my house. It was delicious.

Ate a whole pizza then threw it up 15 minutes later, didn't sit right with me.

I've lost 114 pounds and its the first time ive binged on pizza in months and I gotta say it feels good it made me feel so shitty I puked.

Generally I eat pretty well and under my TDEE. Then some days I jump out of bed sugarlust and just eat a incredible amout of sugar + carbs. I've been trying to work on this but it is too strong to be completely supressed.

B: back and biceps
C: shoulders and legs (quads+hams)

no set exercises except for the big 3 on their respective days (deadlifts every other B, sub for light rack pulls at 65% of max DL). I usually end up doing the same accessory exercises out of habit though
