1) consuming animal products is UNNECESSARY. Main reason.
2) do unto others as you would have them do unto you. (Hint: sentient beings qualify as others)
3) GHG emissions of animal agriculture, deforestation, water footprint etc
Bonus:
Have you tried any veganized dishes? Like non dairy milk, ice cream or other sweets, replacing whey with pea or rice protein, replacing meat with seitan, tempeh or tofu? Have you ever tried falafel wrap in pita bread with fatoush and babaganoush?

Seriously, don't go vegan. Don't. It's gay. But at least try some veganized versions of dishes you like first. You just might like it. And if you stick with the change, literally everyone wins except the meat Jew.
