The simple answer is calorie deficit for weight loss, that is 100% of weight loss. Exercise will just help burn more calories and help retain muscle mass.
Honestly the perfect macro's to me seem to be like 35-40% protein, 35-40% carbs, the rest fats. Low carb is only beneficial when you want to go from like 12% to 7% BF. Fasting as an eating pattern helps some people control their calorie intake, but isn't necessary.
People make shit more complicated then it needs to be.
