Fish fuck in it

>shilling for Big Water

wouldn't do it

Water fasting as in only drinking water and not eating anything? Or fasting from water, like just dehydrating yourself? Both are stupid as fuck, the latter will kill you quicker tho.

Cons: vitamin deficiency, constant fatigue and moodiness, higher vulnerability to injury, weakened immune system, general deterioration of the body
Pros: You get to drink all the water you want

There are Eastern Orthodox monks in Russia who regularly dry fast for 2-3 weeks+ and do good. Although they live in the mountains so they get cleaner air than we do which apparently helps.

I've dry-fasted for a few days and was fine. It's only fat soccer moms who act like fasting is some shit that only anorexic people do.

Oh wow, that's a lie and you're an idiot for believing it

Shits for fags. 2 glasses a day tops. The rest should be alcoholic beverages

Who are you replying to?

How long should you water fast when you're cutting down from skinnyfat?

sounds like a fuckin meme to me

>fat for the last week has been nothing but water fasting and those fidget spinner toys

I want these shitty memes and fatties looking for shortcuts to go away.

...

some kid did it for 28 days and he came out fit/

If you're talking about the progamer youtube guy he was not skinnyfat, he was overweight, but yeah he lost a lot of weight and retained an impressive amount of muscle

You should never "fast" because its universally considered unhealthy. By the way, water fasting is just fasting. You would've drunken a lot of water during a fast anyways, and there's diminishing marginal return when it comes to drinking more water than necessary.

>water fasting

that sure is a clever way to say starving yourself.

>its universally considered unhealthy

?

...

>he fell for the food jew

when will you learn, the food you eat causes cancer

...

>it's unhealthy if, if, and if

okay.tiff

The problem with these studies is that they have to take into account all people, men women young old fat thin. If it only focused on young, healthy, relatively fit males the results would differ greatly.

...

>lazy fatty goes on a crash diet
>drops from fatty to normal weight
>thinks it's "done" with the diet and can now resume eating "normally"
>eats too much and doesn't exercise
>becomes lazy fatty again
>HURR CRASH DIET NO WORK YOU MAGICALLY PUT ON WEIGHT AFTER

A screenshot of some blogspot you know is shit.
>Taking the advice of (((most medical experts)))

Well posted.

That's from WebMD tho....

(((WebMD)))
So you're telling me that people are losing 100+ pounds of "quick fluid loss" over 2 months?

Will you just shut the fuck up already?!

Tempted to pound out 2-3 week water fast to lose the lasr 15-25 lbs. Should I stop working out during or should I just take it easy? I'll take a break from cardio for sure

Just take it slow and easy. Keep taking vitamins and salt, and coffee/tea are fine.

>shortcut

Fasting is the CURE to obesity. I fasted for half a week, and I haven't felt any hunger pangs in over a week since then and it actually bums me out a little. I haven't learned to deal with never feeling hungry. No surprise that the weight is just shedding.

>universally considered unhealthy

Yeah, because the medical industry would lose billions if everyone fasted one day a week.

It works, and it's healthy if you do your research.

Bout to start a water fast tomorrow. What kinds of supplements should I take for mt vitamins, electrolytes, and all that shit?

Easy mode is:

>fast 2-5 days a week
>keto/paleo when you eat
>It's okay to indulge some, but try to stick to keto/paleo for the most part
>fast a little more after you indulge in junk
>eat one big meal a day on days you do eat
>if you eat carb heavy, workout before/after the meal

You can fast for longer than 5 days at a time, but you might need:

>Morton Lite Salt
>Natural Calm Magnesium Powder
>non-iron multivitamin
>calcium citrate
>probiotics at end of fast
>ease into eating with small amount of watermelon first couple days
>expect elavated heart rate day 3-5 as the body is getting adjusted

Do your own research. /r/fasting has stuff.

I just broke a 3 day fast by eating a whole pizza.

Thanks for the info.

Why is everyone making a big deal about drinking water? Isn't that what most people drink 95% of the time?

Do you make a habit of posting stupid questions to threads you don't read?

There's no such thing as a stupid question

No one is making a big deal about drinking water.

Then why make a thread about it?

Every one who has drank water has died. Nice try m8 trying to get us to fall for the water jew.

>Research is muh conspiracy
Christ I hate this site sometimes

So where is the logic in believing research that completely contradicts what thousands of people are experiencing first hand?
