My lifts have gone up, yeah. My bench for example was in top pic like 70x5, now its 90x5, getting close to that 100kg.
My ohp and squat have also improved.

I guess there has been some progress, just more strenght wise.

Eating about 500 calories over tdee, sometimes over that but I'm trying to be more precise on that.

I guess I'll just keep bulking till I hit 1/2/3/4, because honestly its not that far anymore
