Anyone with tips on collapsing ankles during squats ? Usually doesn't start to be an issue before 5+ plates

I've got a similar issue when running and my only insight would be to either get orthopedic insoles or squat shoes for ankle support.

My hookgrip is starting to slip, I thought that everyone meme'd me into believing you can hold any weight without it failing. I don't like pulling mixed so I'll probably get straps anyway for pulls and other back work.

Hookgrip doesn't magically eliminate all grip issues, just makes it easier to hold heavier weights. Honestly whatever straps are probably fine unless you're pulling like 700+.

all the 4-day split versions add triceps work on the pressing days. there are multiple versions in PPST3RD which bench heavy twice a week, as well. look in the dropcanvas link posted above for the book

The weight shifts to the inside of the back of my feet, causing me to shift slightly forward to correct.. Since noticing the issue I've been making sure to "screw my feet into the ground", but I'm stil early in my training cycle working in 10's and 8's, so I'm not sure the problem has been fixed..

All the straps I've gotten off eBay have been absolutely excellent. Stay away from Ironmind straps, expensive and feel like a cheese wire.

When you set up stand like you are bow legged. Point your toes out a bit exaggerated and make sure your knees track to the outside. Soon as I started these queues i instantly lifted more weight.

80% should be your 8 RM approximately. If you get 9+ reps, up your max. You won't be getting 11+ unless you start with a max that's way too low.
