Lift more. Eat more protein, but less calories overall.
I've been on a cut for a few months now. I'm getting leaner now and can actually see something of abs for the first time ever. I bike to work 4-5 days a week so cardio is something I HAVE to do but I don't do anything more than that and lift my sandbag
Well if you're seeing results good. I won't sit here and push you into anything you don't want to do, friend. If you're getting the results you want, then more power to you. But if you ever want to get into serious weight training you certainly won't regret it. I'll never go back. Also nice on the cycling. I only use stationary bicycling for my HIIT

Actually a few months ago I was really into using a barbell. I would pretty much do pic related. I was really fucking around with the numbers back then. If I did that same stuff now I'd probably have better results. Those numbers were pretty much the last two weeks of experimenting. I do want to get back into barbell stuff though. I was feeling the results for sure. I miss front squats so damn much
