How can I gain weight? I'm tired of feeling like that lanky awkward guy that everybody knows. I already lift, but I'm not that strong and although I look toned (probably from being a a holocaust survivor re-en actor), I just don't feel... big.
Is GOMAD actually good, or is there another strategy?

gomad is legit bro, just make sure to consume it ON TOP of your regular diet, not only do gomad


also eat pasta with just butter on it ( like half or whole stick per lb)

also eat peanut butter on apples, you can easily empty a jar with 2 or 3 apples

make sure to eat enough green vegetables and get a bunch of olive or walnut oil

6'4" recovering skele at 160 lb, used to be 132 four months ago.
GOMAD does work, as well as just simply eating more. Try to ramp up from drinking 1/2 gallon of whole milk a day, and eventually try for 1 gallon when you can stomach it. Phase it out throughout the day.

I already eat spaghetti with only butter on it, but not as much butter as you say.
I didn't know peanut butter on apples helped gain weight, that shits probably my favorite snack. At least I've got these 2 down.
I'll do that. Should I drink the milk after the meals, or does that not matter?

Breakfast: two bagels, 3 cups whole milk mixed with cup of eggwhites.

snack: 2 bananas, protein bar, almonds

meal: pasta, chicken, then drink 3 cups whole milk with cup of eggwhites.

meal: panda express or chipotle

before bed: protein shake + 3 cups milk, 1 cup eggwhites. then eat some almonds on top of that.

I drink almond milk but it doesn't have the protein of dairy milk

Get a mass gainer stat and lift at least 4 times a week. When you're not lifting think about lifting while eating. When you're not eating think about eating while lifting its your only hope.

i was 134 lbs a couple months ago just eat literally everything you can then eat some more and lift

thats at least my strategy till i get around 175-180
