Lifts: 1, 2, 2.5, 4 for reps.

Any idea on my bodyfat?

I don't have any before pics on hand, so I guess I'll keep this one

I want to reach 180 pounds without putting on too much fat, and I don't want to hurt my cardio. Advice?

2014 summer on the left 145lbs (not sure about height since i was still a teenager)
2017 on the right 170lbs 5'8"

what are you lifts brah?

77.5lbs pull up for 5 reps
100lbs dips for 5 reps
dont know any conventional exercise maxes

What style of dips? tricep or chest?

and I do variations of ring dips as well

I feel like my sternums about to explode when i do weighted dips more than 70lbs, you ever feel this?

It may that the way your ribcage is built. I think 1 in 4 people are like that and they just can't safely do dips. If it really hurts i wouldn't bother with them and just pick a different chest exercise.
And you might actually tear your sternum while doing them so that's why it feels that way.
