I guess you could call it bulking but I'm just following what my brother does and he's pretty jacked

nothing until 10 AM (I start my heavy physical labour job at 7)

Pot noodle beef and tomato flavour with maybe some kinda wholegrain breakfast biscuit thing and a banana and apple, started bringing just a portion of chicken aswell.

Water, milk, oatmeal, cinnamon, peanut butter, whey powder, and spinach in a shake. Satisfying, easy, and provides everything I need for the morning.

Intermediant fasting.
In other words my breakfast consisted of nothing.

2 slices of wholewheat bread with peanut butter
Coffee
Bulking

Can't actually eat much during breakfast or will feel sick, usually make up for the rest of the calories during the day

50g carbs stronger ground whole wheat bread with grilled chicken pre workout at 11 am

Bulk...I have a good 6 meals a day for up to 4K calories, all good food

1-2 teaspoons peanut butter
some berries
500 ml milk
blend that shit and it tastes amazing. also bulking
