Week 3 of 28free and sheiko. Did squats, then deadlift, then squats again, then romanian deadlift. Hardest workout of my life. Pls pity me.

Running sheiko for squats and 28free for deadlift. Next monday is gonna be even worse. This was by far the hardest workout of my life.

People who own both adipower and romaleos? How often do you change or rotate your pairs? Do you use shoes for a pparticular lift?

I don't like dadlift on boxes and I ran the 28free for DL prior to sheiko. Managed to increase my deadlift despite losing 7 kgs hence why i'm keeping the deadlift portion. Sheiko also looks like lower volume so I thought it would be a better move.

I find lacrosse/baseball rolling the glute on the side of the problem helps. Stretching glutes, hamstrings, and lower back muscles, gently, can't hurt.

can some rate my routine, i'd curious to know if its too much. i'll be bulking on it. its a TM and 28 free hybrid (3x a week int bench and texas squats, deads and chins). adding in some bodybuilding in order to improve size in problem areas.

lateras/face pulls for a quick pump before i leave

Wed:

klokov press 3x8-12

cable crossovers or whatever for a pec pump before i go home

chins intensity then 1 or 2 bodyweight back off sets

anyway my main concern is these days being too long or there being too much volume in there. nuckols said getting pumps etc is fine but maybe its too hard with the TM stuff in there. i would also appreciate some advice on whether to keep it at 3 days per week or moving TM lower to its own day so its 6 days per week. thanks.
