>Forget what set I'm on
Forget what set I'm on
Sometimes when doing high reps with low weight I forget what rep I'm on because my mind wanders
>1..2...3....4... need to get to work earlier tomorrow
>3... wait, didn't I do 4? Or 3? I'll do an extra rep
>4...5...6...6... Fuck
>Forgetting which rep you're on mid deadlift
use a notebook next time
use a notebook to count my reps?
thats some next living level thinking situation son
I use magnets
Literal fucking brainlets in this thread.
t. 3x12 brosplit fag
if you're doing heavy fucking sets of DLs, squats, even bench, it's perfectly reasonable to lose track
No, I'm an SS fag doing heavy sets of all those.
If you can't count to 3 for sets or 5/8 for reps, you are fucking retarded.
>having to use RPE to figure out which rep you're on mid squat
>Forget coins for the set dispenser
Let me tally after ever rep
kek
you think everyone does 3 sets? you're fucking retarded, newbie faggot, I bet you don't even deadlift 3 pl8s
>having to calculate your warmup reps based on last week's sets
No, I don't think everyone does 3 sets, it was an example.
Why are you so angry? Are you unable to count to 3 (or 5 or 8 or some number probably less than 10) as well?
>plates aren't spherical
>SS fag
Okay, newb. When you're doing 20+ reps, and 10+ sets, sometimes you forget.
Remember you have to do 4x10 for each of the six exercises you do. Don't like for longer than an hour and rest exactly 60 seconds between each set. If you don't you will loose all your gains
>Having to do mental math as I load the bar with more weight
>Forget how to add
>Literally counting the plates on the bar and trying to double it and add the bar's weight
>have memory disorder
>accidentally get swole by doing twenty times the reps you meant to
