seems like he talked big but then had a completely awful looking physique? i havent really lifted hard in years and my arms are bigger than that guy

He started off as a relatively reliable source of fitness information, had a little bit of controversy around his crusade against fake natties, but it was whatever. But then one day he went full potato and started talking about how he used to be a hired gun for the CIA, or was some secret agent or some shit, made a channel about guns where he spewed his half baked political opinions, and made a shitton of cringey videos about his mannish girlfriend. After that point, he went completely off the deep end. He's also fat but doesnt own up to it.

I have a friend who is exactly like this, was thin all through highschool because outdoors shit with friends. After school got a sedentary job but kept his drinking/eating style the same and is a fatty now. Always talks about needing to work out but never does, went with me once and then took a week off for "recovery", hasn't been back since.
