Where is the protein and fat
If you want to be hungry again by the time you leave the house.
>inb4 "I don't leave the house"
Not really. You should eat some protein and fat instead.
next time cut half the amount of fruit and replace the amount of calories with cottage cheese or non fat greek yogurt and it would be a solid breakfast. I think just having a fruit breakfast is too much carbs.
That would be a better lunch or afternoon snack.

>bowl of the worst fucking fucking fruit you could eat
Enjoy the beetus dummy
baitu desu
I didn't see any fat in that bowl so not sure how he would get diabetes.
...
Humans are frugivores. Fruits have plenty.
I find I have to take a leak before I get to work if I have that much fruit. I try to stick to low sugar low liquid breakfasts and have a glass of water when I get to the office
This. Didnt think I'd see this on Veeky Forums
eggs, bacon, and oats
breakfast of champions right there.
eat something like that before your workout or cardio.
do you know how body fat is being generated?
...
if a ketogenic diet cures diabetes, how would fat cause it? dumbass.
that actually is a lotta sucrose... might want to mix in something like oats
you mean fructose
oh thats right. my bad.
>bowl full of sugar and fiber
>Is this a good breakfast?
No it's not.
>NO OATS. 0/10
maaan thats a lot of fructose...
Adding cottage cheese would fix it up. If you're bulkin its all perfectly fine.
If youre cutting, man dont fool yourself fruits are all that good for you. Replace them with veggies and thank me later
Or eat fruits AND veggies and be twice as healthy
>if a ketogenic diet cures diabetes
And it doesn't
what an embarrassing post.
how does one measure doubling of health levels?
>he thinks sugar gets stored as bodyfat
thats decades old knowledge and no it does not in humans
Your body loves glucose as a fuel source and rarely stores it as bodyfat. Now what happens is when you eat a lot of carbs your body instead stores the fat you eat as bodyfat so it can use the carbs as fuel
in the end it really does not make a big difference
Best breakfast is protein and fat source.
If you are eating this much sugar it should be:
- Immediately after a workout, with protein, for the insulin spike and to fill glycogen stores in muscles
- WITH a meal, meaning complex carbs and fat and protein.
- PERHAPS immediately before a workout, if its
kek
where is the nut of choice butter? half a tablespoon user and you'll be covering your bases.
not OP but things like fish and meat still spike your insulin, worse than pasta even.
This guy knows
>current year
>people still eat breakfast
lmao
Oats/Porridge with some cinnamon is my go to, I hope you guys like it too
I see a lot of you talking about fruit causing an insulin spike. Do I have to worry about this when I'm consuming fruit with lots of water? I only take my fruit blended in water. Just water and fruit, no added sugar or removed fiber.
yes it does
Looks delicious OP.
You should add some oats. My breakfast is basically oats + dried fruits + nuts + milk. It's soooo good.
>oats + dried fruits + nuts + milk. It's soooo good.
fully agree, my breakfast's exactly the same. but I also add pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
the blending itself removes some of the fibre, and water does nothing to lower the spike. either eat the fruit or add some fat to the mixture.
I eat 3 eggs, an avacado and a bowl of oats and fruit every day for breakfast
Feels good man
There is a lot of fiber in there so the sugar would be absorbed slowly, no way you would be hungry after eating a ton of fruit
