So I herniated my l5s1 disc from jumping weight to fast on ss. Doc told me i cant squat or dead anymore. Do any of you have a herniated disc and still continued to squat and dead without back pain or sciatica?Also if youve healed the disc, what have you done?

the 5lbs jumps 3x a week is fucking retarded past ~200 lbs. if you start getting gassed you need to cut back on how often you increase the weight. same thing if you cant control the bar
