Testosterone levels in men have been steadily declining since mid 20th century. Some of this might be attributable to metaphysical cultural factors like feminism, prevalence of pornography, decline of masculine pop icons etc. combined with our modern sedentary lifestyles, how much influence this combination of factors has is purely speculative though.(1) (2)
What we do know is that Testosterone levels are declining, and men are getting weaker and more feminine.(3) Perhaps even more alarming is the fact that babies are being effected at the pre-natal level, boys are being born with maladaptive and undescended testicles etc.(4)(5) which goes same way to debunking the argument that this is all just the result of changing workforce habits and activity levels.
What we also know is that xenoestrogens, which are a modern phenomenon - ubiquitous in thousands of every day products from plastics to shampoos to cooking utensils - have a negative effect on our health and hormone levels. This poison is everywhere, and if you've lived in the modern world you've been exposed to it.
Xenoestrogens(5) and phytoestrogens are basically synthetic forms of estrogen which emulate the effects of estrogen in the body. One of the most destructive and prevalent of these is BPA.(6) The effects of exposure to BPAs and xenoestrogens are in recent times starting to be documented, this example from a Chinese BPA factory demonstrates what prolonged exposure to BPA's can do:
A 2009 study on Chinese workers in BPA factories found that workers were four times more likely to report erectile dysfunction, reduced sexual desire and overall dissatisfaction with their sex life than workers with no heightened BPA exposure.[126] BPA workers were also seven times more likely to have ejaculation difficulties. They were also more likely to report reduced sexual function within one year of beginning employment at the factory, and the higher the exposure, the more likely they were to have sexual difficulties.[127]
Obviously Chinese ant-men slaving away in some suicide net ridden factory will be exposed to higher levels of the chemical than you, but what this study demonstrates is that BPA's do have a startling corrosive effect on our health and well being; exposure to them is a bad thing.(7)(8) Also keep in mind that while you will not be exposed at the same degree these workers are, unless you take steps to mitigate your exposure, you will still come in contact with BPA and xenoestrogens almost daily, a death by a thousand cuts so to speak.
It must be stressed that these xenoestrogens are not just present in plastic, they can be found in anything from water bottles, shoes, frying pans, cleaning products, grooming products, food, drink, containers etc.

Xenoestregens and phytoestrogens are not the only ingredient in the Jewish estrogen cocktail contained in modern products. Preservatives and ingredients that have become a staple of many modern, processed foods also contain estrogen mimicking properties. If you look at the ingredients list of many of the most popular processed foods like biscuits, chocolate, cereal, soda, chips etc. they will contain any number of estrogen mimicking materials. Things like soy, wheat, sesame, sunflower, processed glucose like high fructose corn syrup, BHA(butylated hydroxyanisole) are some of the main and most common culprits.
Hormone injected, mass produced meat and dairy products are another source of this and must be avoided in favour of organic and local produce. Cows in these mass produced are injected with somatotrophin, a growth hormone which is an endocrine disruptor.
The prevalence of processed sugars like high-fructose corn syrup and its ubiquity in processed food is another cause of negative, external endocrine disruption. Intake of synthetic glucose of the kind present in many processed foods induces an increase in cortisol levels, increases in cortisol decrease testosterone and elevate estrogen.(9)

How to minimise your exposure to xeno and phyto estrogens in your day to day life.
Firstly, not just as a means of reducing your exposure to xenoestrogens but also for your general health and well being, cut out all processed goy-food from your diet. No more sodas, chips, biscuits, chocolates, energy drinks, cheap mass produced canned food, fast food etc. Eat organic or locally produced wholefood, this is one thing SWPL's are correct about.
Avoid all mass produced, factory farmed meat and dairy products. Replace with organic or locally farmed meat, your local farmer's market or butcher is a great source for this. Buy non-homogenised, hormone free milk.
Replace your chemlab assortment of synthetic shampoos, deodorants, toothpastes, cleaning liquids and deturgents, hair gels etc. with organic counterparts, for example apple cider vinegar replaces your carcinogenic test destroying lynx spray on. There is now a huge industry catering to the growing demand for BPA and xenoestregen free products, all your needs from shampoos to washing detergents can be serviced by an organic product.
Avoid plastic wherever possible, drink water from a glass jar or cup(Sam Hyde approved!)Since you've already cut out processed and canned garbage from your diet, you don't need to be told to avoid the plastic packaging these foods are contained in(yes goyim, its not only what's in the food, its what the food is packaged in as well!) Store your food in ceramic or glass containers and avoid wrapping food in plastic when possible and never heat food in the microwave in plastic or styrofoam containers.
Get a water filter, Alex Jones is right, they're turning the freaking frogs gay(seriously)

Americans especially, avoid that bitter piss water that passes for coffee in your country. If you NEED your coffee, either drink real espresso if you can find a cafe in America that does it or buy your own organic beans and make it yourself.
Beer drinking, our favorite European pastime is also a source of external estrogen consumption. The hops in beer act as an estrogenic mimicker similar to a xenoestrogen. If like to get on the piss with the boys, spirits are a safer option.
Although I'd hope we don't have any Marijuana addicts here on the 504um, weed is another culprit that will increase your estrogen levels.

Ways to Increase your testosterone naturally and decrease estrogen
Lift weights! Physical activity is good for the mind and your aryan spirit, it also has an absolutey bevy of physiological and psychological effects. Don't just go to the gym and fart around with a shitty brosplit though, lift heavy, utilising compound movements like the squat and deadlift. (there are an enormous amount of studies on the internet about the positive effects of heavy lifting on testosterone, you can find them yourself if required.)
Vitamin D3 and zinc are particularly essential. Vitamin D3 is a hormone, it assists with testosterone production, muscle growth and maintenance, bone health as well as mood regulation. I would recommend at least 5000UID daily, although I take 10000UID. You can not overdose on Vit D3, ignore Dr. Hershel Leiberman's RDI of 1000UID if you actually want to see benefits from it. I recommend this brand and dosage: au.iherb.com/pr/Healthy-Origins-Vitamin-D3-10-000-IU-360-Softgels/21298
Zinc is a meme here on the 504um, it is also essential. There are many benefits to Zinc supplementation; it helps regulate estrogen, naturally increases free and serum testosterone levels, gives you bigger loads(my favourite) and clearer skin. I recommend this brand and dosage, this has an added bonus of copper to prevent any copper deficiency that may arise from prolonged Zinc supplementation: au.iherb.com/pr/Now-Foods-L-OptiZinc-30-mg-100-Veggie-Caps/738

Diet
Although we covered what you should and shouldn't be eating already, there are some foods in particular that aid your natural testosterone production as well as help maintain estrogen levels.
Saturated fats, Raw Garlic, Organic, grass fed Steak, DIM (supplement, concentrated form of cabbage)Eggs, Potatoes, Nuts, especially Macadamia nuts, Virgin Olive Oil, Ginger, Raw Cacao, Avocados, Coconut Oil
This is just a quick list, I suggest you do your own research to find food and ingredients that work for you, there is a wealth of information on the internet regarding which foods increase testosterone and the process by which they do it. This is a decent place to start: anabolicmen.com/foods-that-boost-testosterone-naturally/
Final thoughts: One thing to keep in mind is that there is a growing awareness of men's declining testosterone and the problems that go with it, especially on the net. As a result there is a lot of bullshit and a lot of snake oil nonsense that you might come across when you do your information gathering. I will say right off the bat, avoid any gimmicky, fitness branded supplements that purport to "RAISE TESTOSTERONE NATURAL TEST BOOSTER" all that shit is garbage, what I have listed in here is basically all you'll need. There is no silver bullet for all this besides steroids and TRT and this thread isn't about that. With a combination of exercise, a healthy wholefood-organic diet and supplementation of the kind outlined here you should see a complete change in your health and well being; the vitamin and mineral supplements listed alone have been demonstrated to increase your test by up to 30-40%.
