**Ab workouts**

Hey guys, I am trying to do ab workouts, and I was wondering what is harder for the body. Sit-ups or leg lifts. I don't have a way to do sit-ups right now, and currently everyday I work out I do about 60-70 leg lifts. Are those leg lifts equivalent to 60-70 sit-ups?

you'll get the most effective results from weighted crunches on a decline, or cable crunches, but i'm assuming you don't have access to those

anyway, leg lifts are fine; you can also do lying bicycles (where you turn your head/elbows) for a very decent ab pump
