When i was a kid i did more pushups and pullups everyday.
Didnt do squats, just sprinted a lot (basketball, football etc) this routine will give you bad shoulders and shins.forget knees, those are fucked from 10k everyday.

The problem with this is that the weeb who writes the animu has no idea about working out.

10 km running EVERY SINGLE DAY is way too much running. Not even hungry skeleton ethiopians run this much. And you aren't gonna get better at running that way, it's much better to do 5-8 km running routines.

On the other hand the pushups/situps/squats is way too little . A more realistic amount to see gains would be 1000 pushups/ 500 squats and 2000 situps. Without mentioning of course that there aren't any pullups there and also you have to mix your bodyweight excersises to see results.

I did an obscene amount of reps every other day and pissed off my joints.

If you can do 100 push ups you need to start working toward planche pushups. If not some more advance form of push ups than the standard
