>eggcellent

Usually 54-56

66, but this is after a cup of tea at my apartment and a cup of coffee at my office.

My resting heart ratr has gone down since I've started training to run a 5k with my gf. Anybody have any advice?

>tfw more than 40 bpm
>tfw unathletic slob

61, not great but oh well.

mine is about 50

>26yr old, 85kg, 6'2", chubby
>only lift weight and train martial arts
>pic related
At least my ticker is okay

90 Bpm, I'm 5' 10'' 165, should I be worried?

No, but you should be having a stroke in about ten years

111-70

70

if you have a low heartrate at all times you might be a thrill seeking psychopath, studies have proven this

56 bpm currently, working off two large coffees.

what app?

Mine's 68 right now

25yo
Measure it a few years ago and it was 60. I'm significantly fitter now since all I was doing then was medium distance steady state runs a few times per week, so hopefully it's lower.

56bpm

6'3" 260lb tubbo here

i consider myself pretty healthy but my resting heartrate is always ~80-90 idk why

I an idiot, I forgot I just had a cup of coffee.

>~80ish BPM
>exercise bike for 10 mins max gets me gassed
HOW FUCKED AM I

Lower than expected

>53
Doctor looked at me like I had a problem last time I went in. He then tried giving me Lexapro because he thought it was because I had an eating disorder, not because I run 3-4 miles 4 days a week. I do have an eating disorder of sorts, but it ain't why my BPM is low.

/fat/ty here

Got it all the way down to 63 from a former 78-93

50-55. If you're above 65 at rest, you need to learn what being fit actually is and do some cardio alongside lifting.

23yo
42 is the lowest it get
I usually do 4-5 days a week 30min cardio. Also i have a pleb construction job so am active throughout the day everyday.

>Try to take BPM while relaxed
>Can't relax cause my internet friends will judge me based on that

>54 at age 31
>Athelete
Hot damn.

71bpm

Started doing cardio for the first time in 4 years two weeks ago. Looking forward to getting some pump gains too now

42

58

56
Used to be 60
Feels good

72 right now

I got 49 this morning, first time I've ever been below 50, looks like the cardio is paying off!

I'm jealous of cyclists who have heart rates in the high 30s

tfw 90s pro cyclists literally had to sleep with heart rate monitors because they could literally die from low heart rate

that sounds fake, no one died because they had a healthy heart rate, if the LOW heart rate is due to unhealthy lifestyle or disease then I'd understand.

81 bpm. Lots of cardio. I'm a special snowflake unfortunately due to an artificial metabolism.

Had my thyroid out five or so years ago and a side effect of my dosage is a high resting heart rate. Doctor says it's expected and that it's not an indicator of cardiac health.

70bpm
5'9
195lbs

Skinny fat :(

Currently 54, same as yesterday.

Resting average a month ago was consistently 56. Pretty nice gains.

they were doped as fuck back then, so they had unnaturally low heart rates

I'm at 85 PMB while I lift and I'm at 23% BF, it's fucking weird, I shouldn't have this high.

Doctor said something about me having potential thyroid issue, tell me about yours, did you heart rate got raise due to the medication or what?

oh makes sense then, because I doubt having a low heart rate achieved normally would be something unhealthy.

Then yeah, I guess heart, as a muscle, grew due to all kind of hormone shit they injected themselves with.

45-55,lower if im hungry.
23yo, 5'9'' , 150lbs, 5 miles on bike each day

63

82/min. I finished a run about 20 minutes ago and ate oats and protein powder but this does concern me.

120

what is your usual?

I play full court basketball Iike twice a week, and that's the only serious cardio I ever do.

usually 4-5 hours a week, but been slacking the last few days.
105 bpm, i have 200mg caffeine + 20mg adderall in my system rn. my HR is usually 140-145 when i am doing cardio (1 hour on exercise bike @ 16-18 mph depending on how much energy i have that day)

38-42 bpm

I am an ultra distance trail runner

WHAT FUCKING APP

about 110. It has been like that since I was like 10 y/o

F

53, is that normal?

Samsung health

54

i literally don't feel a thing when i grab my wrist

You might be dead, do you have any other symptoms?

68 I haven't done cardio in over 8 years

60-66

huehue

i just can't find my pulse

used to be 55 before i started smoking now its always 80

bout 60-70 bpm or so

Do it like this

>using the wrist
>not the neck/jaw

lmao wristlet

holy shit, thanks

52 bpm

Is the andrioid fitness app you're all using accurate?

I really doubt my heart rate is 66-68bpm, but I keep getting around that reading

Around 60
Lift 4 times a week without cardio
18 yo, life is easy when you are young desu

54 shitposting in bed

just find your pulse like this and count for 15 seconds, then times the number you get by 4. much faster and more accurate than a machine

~80

111ish

oh dear god I'm gonna die

resting heart rate? that is seriously fucked up

Normally 55-60 at rest.

I do sometimes notice it getting 110+ when I get emotional, I rub my neck and it manages to go.

well I did run the ten yards to the toilet to piss (it was urgent lol) about five minutes ago, but even with that factored in it's still way too fucking high.

goodbye anons, was nice knowing you

Bit stressed out with work, just had a meeting filled with bad news

48

6'1, 205 lbs.

120 / 66 blood pressure

61 bpm pulse
