Why not? What the should we listen to? Fuck off
>t. butthurt metalhead
i don't think i've literally ever gone to the gym without music, i'd go insane with boredom when you're doing those 4-5 minute rest periods on top sets
You can listen to other shit if you want to.
>If you're a girl
So people shouldn't listen to metal nor rock. That rules out like a third of the music speectrum. Okay got it. What should they listen to then?
>want to post lift song

>there are people who don't listen to music at the gym
huh
also I listen to ELECTRONIC MUSIC ar the gym. I'm not 12 so I find no appeal in heavy metal
oh yeah you fucking faggot why don't you just take your pansy-ass techno music and share it here so we can explore other genres?
Eurobeat.
Did this, had a terrible workout but it was worth it.
Think a combination of sorrow, being sick, doing squats for the first time in a long time, and cutting did it though.
Everyone should have this song as their pr song though
youtu.be
Could it be that the only "metal" you've listened to was either Dragonforce or from the 80's?
...
This.
Doesn't matter if you're lifting or running or delivering tofu, eurobeat makes it better.

Metal, Rock, and shit like that? That's one broad fuckin' stroke there buddy, you're on the edge of generally discrediting a whole profile of timbres. That's *almost* like, "I hate paintings with blue paint on them."
It's gonna be terrible, but I will listen to it out of a crooked love of the board. Link.
>Musician and patrician music listener

Aight fuck ya'll then.

It's almost like you've never been to the opera.
That's terrible.
I've formatted this for optimum searchability in Spotify senpai.
Meshuggah Born of Dissonance
Black Sabbath The Wizard
Black Sabbath War Pigs
Ensiferum Deathbringer From the Sky
Beatles She's So Heavy

Victory Songs is a great album, though I have to say I never liked Deathbringer from the Sky quite as much as the surrounding songs. blood is the Price of Glory, Ahti, One More Magic Potion, and Wanderer are all top tier imho.
Those are so fucking different, and one so disparate from culture. Unless you mean to describe the classical timbres, in which case you should have said that.
I'ts bait I reckon.
just going to leave this hereyoutube.com
Maybe no ones heard of your shitty music because it's shitty, m8.
>hurr durrrr yeah i mean i like everything other than country or rap hurrr
you sound like the biggest pleb ITT
Rigor Mortis are a very influential band. Get off MetalStorm forums and Metalsucks and stop being pleb.
Sorry, boys. I forgot i was older than 13.
I'll be sure to add a /s next time, so you know that i was intending sarcasm read into the phrase.
t. A man with an IQ over 80
Every kid from 5 and up likes rap. Every girl likes country. Every single one of them.
At least every other kind of music isn't filled with girls and kids. Except pop.
You're God.
>Making categorical timbral discreditations like a fucking mong.
Musician and music lover here, there's rap and country you need to listen to. I listen mostly to classic prog, hip-hop (I say because I include both Jay Dee and Brother Ali in this category), prog metal, and Gypsy jazz; I've got no bias at all. You've got to get on some Michael Cleveland for your bluegrass, Hank Williams Jr. for your country. Also, Aesop Rock for your ultra heady, too verbose/metaphorical rap, Brother Ali for your very powerful, emotional rap.
Part of the difficulty of enjoying these genres is doing unfamiliar empathy. Because the lyrics will be a real turn off if you don't try to understand the lyrics through the ears of a respectable but biased listener. This isn't super hard for country for me because my grandma is from Louisiana, but it took me hearing The Loneliest Punk (fucking listen to that one, the song Cook has a beat mostly comprised of a sample of Chick Corea, it's absolutely awesome) to get into rap. You've goto try.
I agree, but the energy of Deathbringer From the Sky is better for liftan, for me.
Basically all female singers in pop are either whores or full on dykes and every single male singer is a fag with a few being horrifying degenerates.
>Not lifting to music that reminds me you that you will soon have to do something very difficult and scary for the ones you love.

Mongolian Throat Singing is among the GOAT for me: youtube.com
Agree, lil bibby is the way to go
Wasnt listening to music bad for your testosterone or something? Anyway on the rare ocassions I listen to music I usually listen to balkan folk
Matt Barlow version is better desu
>he unironically listens exclusively to meme music
I think this one's so new it hasn't been put on Spotify yet.
I really like moon hooch youtube.com
I want to read about this science
What does it mean about me if I don't care about music at all and never have. Like one of the first normies like to talk about when they first meet someone is always what kind of music do you listen to. I'm better at faking it now, but it's like music is this huge deal for some people and whatever shitty rap artist they listen to defines them.
>tfw almost exclusively listen to anime OPs and general weeb music
I'm similar in the fact that I'll like certain songs but rarely bother with memorizing artists or listening to entire albums. It's probably autism.
I NEED SOME GOOD FAST MUSIC WITH NO VOCALS AND NO BOOTY BONGO MUSIC THAT GETS YOU PUMPED THE FUCK UP
