Hey fit, I just started browsing this board a week ago. And I'm super motivated to get in better shape. Mostly because I plan to be a firefighter. Any tips on what I can eat or do? Fav workouts? General life tips?

I currently never work out. Ride my longboard about an hour a day, and eat kinda like shit. I'm blessed with good genetics but I know that won't last long. I wanna save myself.

I started with this workout. Make all the big lifts 5x5 instead of 4x10. So stuff like barbell bench, squat, deadlifts, OHP, and rows should be 5x5. All the other ones are pretty gud rep wise.

switch it up eventually but if you are indecisive this one works.
