Eating clean means you eat lean meat, complex carbs, zero foods containing trans fat, and a decent amount of fruit and vegetables. If you overdo fruit you'll have low energy because you'll be consuming simple carbs as most of your carbs. If you overdo vegetables you'll shit 3 times a day because too much fibre but that's not really a problem unless you really fucking overdo it.

And in high-protein diets, you don't need as much before leptin signals satiety.
