If you don't know how to test your heart rate:
>Use the tips of your first two fingers (not your thumb) to press lightly over the blood vessels on your wrist. Count your pulse for 10 seconds and multiply by 6 to find your beats per minute. You want to stay between 50 percent to 85 percent of your maximum heart rate. This range is your target heart rate.

55, without thyroxin it used to be around 46. I don't do any cardio at all, I should do it, low heart rate isn't everything.

Just got 51. Usually goes under 50 but I ran a race about 5 hours ago.

54 according to my watch, but aside from a bit of biking in the summer (haven't started yet this year) and light lifting 3x a week, I'm a sedentary office drone.

I had 85 when I weighed 85kg. Now I weight 100kg, I don't dare count.

Been hitting the gym real hard for ONE Month. Didn't Do shit for 2 years befort that. Before my "Rest period" i was quite good at muay thay but thats so long ago.

23/f. I'm pretty fit and active and exercise up to 15 hours a week, but think my low heart rate is also because of genetics.
My overweight mother who never exercises has a resting heartrate in the 50s.

Mine is in the 30s in the morning but throughout the day it gets to 42. I check it every hour because of my smart watch. It's been low since I was a kid but I run marathons so it keeps pretty low. Hoping this means I will live forever.
