cattle decap is pretty gud
more of a black metal guy myself
pic related, one of my fav lifting albums
DOOM FAGGOT
>taake
>their best album
mein neger. youtube.com
you might like this too, not quite as raw, but pretty gosh darned good
I liked the rawness of nattestid even more desu
it's just that the sheer musicianship of hordalands is so much better
I just discovered this album and it fucking rules
I have some Beats Wireless Earbuds. I would legitimately recommend them. Their headphones are overpriced garbage but these are the best quality you can get for the price. Plus they have an extremely good battery life.
Whoops wrong link but that's a good one too
Motherfuck yeah. Love the arcade mode so I can rip and tear. Feels fucking good to just let loose after a day.
Im not the only one who busts a set when the songs get to the "drop" part
(dont know how else to discribe it).
It seems autismo but it just feels so good.
I saw them live.
Accidentally conditioned myself into PRing if and only if I have a metal ballad playing (they just came onto my playlist everytime I went heavy for a while). So now can only PR to gayasfuk music.
Current go-tos:
Serenity - Fairytales

Nightwish - something something fuck you finland

Ruizu X02 + Rock Zircons + 64GB sdcard
lets me put every single album I enjoy on this tiny weightless mp3 player. only costs about $25 for the player and earbuds, $20 for the sdcard. If I slip the cord into my shirt, I often forget I have it on me at all.
ordered from aliexpress.com. cheap chinese shit that takes forever to arrive, but worth it if you do some research.

No other song gets me ready for maxing like this.
Posted these in this thread the other day but haven't stopped listening to these albums for the last few weeks.

>You faggots are in good luck. I'm just now fucking with metal again as I have done so in phase all through my life and have quite a refined palette in metal.

Full album is GOAT

Excellent 2-3 minute shred

Very nice percussion
>Sepultura

Most of sepultura is solid. The riffs are flaky but the percussion is fucking ON POINT.
>Death
youtube.com
Really good album first 3 tracks are really the high points and slightly falls off into a decent album.
youtube.com
Easily the best album in my opinion
>Gojira
youtube.com
Simply a riveting prog metal experience. As an artist they sure know how to compile a piece of work. Really bizarre and different melodies and surprisingly vivid lyrics for a heavier type of prog. Favorite album hands down on Gojira.
youtube.com
Very provocative track. Gojira is it's own noise I highly recommend fringe research and heavy sampling on their style if you like prog or a different type of metal.
Part 2
>Pantera/DOWN

most of what you posted here is very entry level. your tastes are fine, none of this is "bad" really, but saying it's "a refined pallete in metal" is going way overboard.
maybe i fell for copypasta bait. beats me.

Wow this brings me back to highschool.
>not doing squats to 1349 - SCULPTOR OF FLESH

both of those are in my "YET TO LISTEN" list for this year. Hope they're good, especially the dodecahedron since their debut was great.
Death is alright. Otherwise, eh.
pic related. it's this thread.

I just remembered this song. Skip to 1:08
I usually listen to death metal while in the gym but one day the Death cover of Painkiller came on. Afterwards I decided to listen to the rest of Painkiller. So many gains were had on that day. Excellent choice.
