Don't feel bad, I only do 45 lb dumb-ells 3x12 for chest and I have man titties. The number one exercise for a nice chest are high/low cable crossovers. Mimics the muscle movements to a key. Bench pressing is good but nothing will make them grow then those. You'll never have a more sore chest after the first time you do them.

I can only do 8 reps of 60lb dbs

op here benching 55's and honestly most people at my gym seated dumbbell press 70's+. I wish I was joking but either my gym is strong as fuck or this shit is weird

Now I do 95
Just don't care if people look and laugh

I'm really stuck on 55-60lbs. Can't seem to progress. Is there anything special as far as technique goes? I pinch shoulderblades and arch a bit

progressing on dumbbells sucks dick. i did the same thing, except it was 75 3x10 to 80 3x not even 1 rep before my shoulder was strained.

My fucking gym has 50s, then jumps to 65, nothing in between.

Currently doing 3x10 on those 50, how many reps you think I should be doing before jumping to 65? I'd like to start at least on 7 reps

Calculator says once you can do about 15-16 reps of 50's you should be able to do ~7 reps of 65's.
