What is Thicc Mode?

There is no debate. Bench press is more efficient at hitting more muscles than incline bench, and OHP is a better complementary lift because it is "more different"

Tldr:
Incline + flat misses traps and mid delts
Incline + OHP misses lower pec and the CNS shock from a heavier load
