i have long arms too and bench is my best lift. guess it depends on other things as well

You must have some straight up chimpanzee mode arms user. Try some form changes maybe, rotate your hand when you grab the bar and get the weight driving down onto your radius and ulna instead of driving your fingers back. Might drive up the weight you can do but increased rom from your long arms is probably killing you desu. You'll make it man.
