Stats:

Squat: 60kg
Bench: 50kg
Deadlift: 80kg
OHP: 0kg (just the bar)

Ohp:20kg
Squat:60kg
Bench 45kg
Deadlift:80kg
How long untill I am an ubermench?

>OHP: 0kg (just the bar)

What was meant by this?

Squat: 140kg
Bench:150kg
Deadlift:120kg

Bench is 72kg
Squat is 102kg
Ohp is 45kg
Fiddly is 125kg

It's not that weak but i feel weak.

In metric weight lifting the bar is zero similar to how freezing is 0 C instead of some wonky number like 32 F. It makes it easier to math. I don't know why American use stupid numbers.

Bench: 70kg
Squat: 90kg
Deadlift: 140kg

I weigh 71kg's fml

1rm?

Start hitting legs more often bro! You have a serious problem if you can bench more than you can squat

Bench for 2, squat for 2 and my deadlift for 1

OHP 57 5
BP 80
Squat 90
DL 115
all kg

In metric system, you are retarded.

Shit you're about the same as me, I've been lifting like 4 months

Pics?

>been at the gym since March
>still can't bench 1pl8, stuck at 115 lbs

help

bench 55kg
squat 85kg
ohp 35kg

Been training for 6 months am i not eating enough?

Nah, unfortunately.

I'm weak af been gyming for over 2 years now. Went from 92kg down to current weight

at 5'8 61kg
ohp 40kg for 4x8
squat 1pl8 for reps
dont even bench or DL
as it turns out alcohol and poor sleep is bad for gains

Sounds reasonable if you don't take it very seriously

Do you look like me?

1plate = 60kg
2plate = 100kg

is this some more metric system fuckery?

Sorta, fucking hate having mild gyno

Miring your frame my friend

When you fill out your body you're going to look great

uncle jr feels man? lol

Cheers brah, gotta get back on the diet, been too flexible with the beers lately

SS + GOMAD

i have way bigger tits than that and no one has ever said anything about it

Squat 120 kg
Deadlift 155 kg
OHP 65 kg

had to deal with injury for two years, but now the numbers go up

Hmm, maybe I'm being too self conscious

Bench: 85kg
Squat: 70kg
Deadlift: 100
mfw

negro those lifts are borderline beast mode, i cant even DL 155 lbs

DYELs should be exterminated

Fat people will never understand how it's like to start skinny.
Squat:60
Bench:65
DL:80
OHP:42.5

DL: 210kg
Squat: 180kg
Bench: 130kg
OHP: 80kg

been working out for a year, feel pretty week desu

Mile: 4:32

Eh.. boring post. You didnt even post your massive lifts. Just dont bother

>well over 1234, close to 2345
>weak

kill yourself humblebrag cunt

So when you ohp 0 kg, is the bar the air?

you think you guys are weak? i used to lift but got an awful wrist injury so theyre still weak. started gym again a few weeks ago now. literally started bench and squat with bar only. deadlift is like 45 kg for 5 reps. ohp i'm not sure but like its one of those smaller barbells that has 5 kg on both ends and with that i do like 8 reps. bench has progressed so much that i can do 25 kg 5 times. yeah i know, pathetic. but ill keep going at it.

>i still can't bench 1pl8, can only do 1 or 2 reps, 3 on a good day
>i just bench 115lb

add incline and dips into your routine, also eat more and take a lil rest before your max

bench: 75kg
ohp: 50kg
squat: 100kg
deadlift: 140kg

But at least the numbers are going up. slow and steady.

Olympic weightlifting uses metric, and they still count the bar, ya fuckin' drongo.

Bench: 60kg
Squat: 95kg
Diddly: 130kg
OHP: 47.5kg

5 RMs, progressing is okay. 2.5months seriously doing SS. Started with bar. Pic related, it'sa me.

bench 93kg
ohp 47.5k
squat lmao3pl8
deadlift lmao3lp8
still look like shit and weak as shit REEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I never got past 125 for reps
dips are the superior chest/tricep workout plus they hit your lats

Rip has claimed another

He might just have long legs
What about rows?

...

>0kg (just the bar)

Wait, are we counting it like this now??

Only in metric

I'm also part of the weak squat crew.

Bar is 20kg. Each big plate is 20kg. You put one plate on either side of the bar. 20+20+20 = 60. 20+20+20+20+20 = 100.

>squat 60kg
>bench 60kg
>deadlift 60kg
not even joking

ohp - 105 lbs
bench - 135-145 lbs
squat - 2pl8(just did 2pl8)
deadlift - 2pl8

5'10 150lbs

uncle june?

Do incline dumb bell bench, do 5x5 on bar bell to increase strength

Well you never had the makings of a varsity athlete

About to step into the gym for the second time ever.
I hope to go for
>35kg squat
>45kg diddly
>30kg bench
>god please anythibg on ohp

>bar is 20kg
Oh fuck mate. You serious?

No. I'm joking. Counting the bar is retarded. Do you count your arms when lifting? Fucking idiots lmao.

>he counts the plates

Not gonna make it

I use metric and I've never seen or heard someone count only the weight, how hard is it to add the20kg of the bar in there ?

Squat 110kg
Bench 75kg
Deadlift 110kg
OHP 40kg

And my questions is - how the fuck am I not suppose to fail at SL? I mean, I wanted to start it in 2 weeks, when I finish my current cycle. I put the numbers in a spreadsheet and it tells me by the end of week 12, I will be squatting 132,5kg for 5 reps. Also the website says, that if I fail in those 12 weeks, it means I have dun fucked it up. I can believe in adding 10kg to OHP and bench in 12 weeks, but with the squat it looks just enormous, too good to be true.

>He can count

Definitely not making it.

6'3 170lbs
Bench 65x5
Squat 70x5
Ohp 45x5
Deadlift 115x5

I feel okay with this

1,74 m 68 kg
OHP 37,5 kg
Bench 55 kg
Squat 76 kg - havent done it in last 2 month due to knee problems
Didly - 95 kg
All are 5 reps. Stalling on OHP and bench since April :(

188 cm 80kg
OHP 40kg X 5
Bench 60kg X 5
Squat 115kg X 1
DL 150kg X 1

Working out for 5 months
OHP: 35kg
BENCH: 60kg
SQUAT: 85kg
DL: 100kg

All for 3x5, pretty bad desu but i think its fairly symmetrical

Do you do lat raises\dips? Those helped me when I stalled

My 5RM:

Squat: 85kg
Deadlift: 95kg
OHP: 40kg

...

Bench: 46kg

Ye, been doing both since beginning

I've been training for four years and my lifts are still in the beginner range.
OHP 50x1
Deadlift 140x1
Squat 90x1
Bench 65x1

We're not gonna make it brah

Guess it's a life of beer and pizza for us

How is this even possible dude...

Injuries or do you neglect lower body?

week 2 lifting

100kg deadlift 1x10
46kg bench 3x8
35kg OHP 3x8 (last few reps were cheaty)
dont squat but could go 500lbs on leg press for 20+ reps so i figure that counts

6'2 183 lbs/188.5cm 83kg if that matters, cant see abs :(

>humblebrag on Veeky Forums for attention

Here's your (you) now fuck off to reddit.

172cm 65kg
50kg squat
35 kg Bench
20kg Ohp
50kg Deadlift (not maxed)
Started 2 weeks ago

will being able to lift 2345 bring her back user?

what kind of sport/ hard work did you do before you started lifting?

Outta my way

bruh I've been lifting for a year and lift more than you. Its like you dont want to make it

Im this user

>literally the same stats as me
how long have you been lifting for OP?

squat: 80
bench: 40
dead: 80
ohp: 20

I've been at this years. It turns out I have a weak wrist, and I've had three shoulder injruies, three ankle injuries and a rotator injury.
I'm still not convinced I should be doing this badly.

Fucked up my back two times

>not subtracting the gravitational pull of your current global position
> also taking into account the positions of the moon and sun into yor total weight
fuckin estaters

Squat 160kg
Bench 110kg
Dead 150kg
Ohp 50kg

74kg bw still feel weak as shit

>squat more than dl
You're not going deep enough

another user here,

squat 165kg
Bench 112.5 kg
dead 150kg
OHP 80kg

I deadlift less simply because i hate deadlifting, does not mean form is bad.

Do more delts and chest.

My 5 rep numbers

Squat 90 kg
Bench 70kg
Dead 100 kg
Ohp 45 kg
Rows 60 kg
5 chinups bodyweight
5 dips bodyweight
20 pushups in a row
100 pushups in 30 minutes 10x10

83 kg at 180 cm

Yesterday I failed the OHP at 47 kg

I think I will switch to Greyskull LP. Seems excellent for strength.

Do you want to know more about me ?

your bench is lacking too compared to OHP

olylifter?

178 cm, 92 kg (yeah, fat). Stats: bench 125, OHP 82.5, squat 150, deadlift 195.

Half of the men at my current gym are stronger than me, just last week saw a dude OHP 130 kg like it was nothing. 200 + deadlifts are also common as shit. Repping 160 kg on a bench as if it was nothing. Don't know if it's demoralizing or motivating.

I'm trying ;_;

You sound fat by that Press/Bench though, are you?

Nigga that OHP is way stronger than the rest

130 OHP is world class (sure it wasn't a push press, which is still late advanced tier in that case?). 130 kg OHP is easily comparable to, say, 300 kg DL

The guy weighed about 120 kilos (estimate, ain't gonna go all homo and touch n poke him while asking questions). Tall as fuck (can't even estimate), probably one of the strongmen of my country (don't follow the sport).

Then you're in the right gym

How long lifting?

tall as fuck makes it harder, and 120 kg wouldn't be that heavy for a giant strongman. I think Brian Alsruhe (who is also into strongman) has recently hit a 140 kg OHP which is insane at 6' 240 lbs.

still I'll take it, he's probably an absolute beast. Is it a strongman gym? Sadly there's no such scene in my country.

How are you so weak at bodyweight excercises?

Started a year and nine months ago, took frequent breaks (regret taking those, being in uni is a great time to pump iron), I'm going at it again.
