Thats a lot of fat dude but you can eat anything if it fits your macros

I can rely only on fat
dont eat sugar
dont eat white flour

enjoy your heart disease

50g oats
50g walnuts
90g pea/hemp protein
couple table spoons of cacao powder

Thats 60g protein and 700 calories. eat that 6 times a day and you get 300g protein and over 4k calories.

No man that'll kill you

Eat some whole grain carbs and nuts. You'll get quality nutrients that way

Nuts are a way better option. Mix with dried fruit like raisins, apricots, dates, etc and it's very easy to get in the calories.

that pic would be pure porn without the peanuts. damn I hate peanuts

>tfw I have Crohn's disease and every single one of these ingredients is guaranteed to cause a flare up

If you're like me OP, dirty bulking is the only option :(

Processed meat and butter don't cause flare-ups? A diet with emphasis on fiber and plant foods has been the most successful Chrohn's treatment published in a medical journal

>implying bacon and butter aren't clean

Crohn's flare ups are caused by different foods for different people.

In my case, anything with lots of fiber fucks me up terribly.

Man, I'm having bacon tonight and I'm on a cut

BUTTER NOODLES AND OIL SHOTS BAYBAYYY

How about basic dishes like grilled salmon with mashed potatoes? Fatty fish is tasty and a great source for omega 3, besides the other benefits.

Salmon is good, potatoes are okay. I can handle starch in small quantities.

I eat lots of chicken and rice and eggs, basically.

If starch is an issue, how about sweet potato? Most of it's carbs are sugars.

>60g protein
>organic protein

fuc dis shit

thats disgusting, cook it in olive oil.

ive been eating 4 slices of bacon every day for 2 months now. just go for it

Bacon doesnt need to be cooked in anything.
