Trying some GVT at the moment.
Ausfag so plan is to gain another few kg by bulking on GVT for a few month until August then starting a slowish cut to try and keep most of my mass for summer.

I do fullbody M/W/F when not bulking, Chest/Tri, Back/No, Shoulders/Legs on bulk.

Added in 1mg Methyltrienolome and 20mg Winstrol to my stack recently to finish off my cut, you break out a little whenever your hormones fluctuate when coming on or off of compounds or changing doses.
