Dont be stupid user, of course dont do JUST bench. Do bench mon wed fri and throw in a squat day and a deadlift day anywhere else. Every day you bench do 3-5 sets of curls for 8-12 reps and try to increase the weight over time.

As for eating, carbs and protein makes you big. but if youre skelly, just focus on getting your calories up first. Go to myfitnesspal, keep track of your daily intake and weight yourself every morning after getting up and taking a piss/shit and before you do anything else. Keep track of all the myfitnesspal shit and your weight in excel or google spreadsheets. If your weight isnt going up, you arent keeping track of your calories right. Measure everything you make, no bullshit guessing. If your lifts are going up and youre gaining weight, youre fine.
