I hate bench because my chest is fucking shit and just will not get stronger..

>bulking, get to 110kg bench
>cut, drop to ~90kg bench despite all other lifts maintaining
>bulk again, get to 112.5kg bench
>cut. Back down to 90kg bench.

I mean I'm slowly getting stronger, but its so slow compared to all my other lifts, I DL 220kg for 5 yet can't consistently get 110kg bench for 5.

I do have really long arms though, which probably fucks me a bit.

Do more volume my friend.
Game changer for me, hit it 2 times a week, one for hypertrophy and one for strength.

Monday
>I do hypertrophy 4-5 sets of 8-10 reps at working weight.
Friday
>I do strength 6-7 sets of 4-5 reps at max weight.

Another way is to change the lifts, alternate between doing 7-10 sets of a specific lift.
1 week do 10 sets of cables, upper, flies, etc.

Also, eat more, eat way over your daily on chest day.
