do you guys drink this shit as a supplement for preworkout, or do you take preworkout with it as well?

Just a can of sips as a pwo. 140mg is plenty of caffeine for me. I've heard of people also taking a powder pwo, but that's too much stim for me personally.

Pwo + monster is like drinking 3-4 cups of coffee in one go. Hell even the cheap pwo I got at Walmart said that I shouldn't go over 2 of those tiny scoops in a 24 hour period and no caffeine either. I take one scoop and it makes me feel tingly. Don't want to know how it feels to drink that plus an energy drink. Probably make my heart explode.

The tingle is called parasthesia. It's from the beta-alanine in the pwo. Totally normal. There's no beta-alanine in sips though, so it's definitely not normal is sips are making you feel tingly.
