are you natty? what are your stats bro youre a big guy

Sadly I am natty. Too poor to afford roids. My lifts are pretty shit because I have an incomplete home gym (no bench so I have to use dumbbells). Highest weight barbell-wise is like 40, 35 for dumbbells. Mainly do PPL and calisthenics, 3x15 of everything, 6 days a week.
>Tfw poorfag.

Goal body, routine??

What's your bf percentage? I'm 235 but fat, your body type is my goal so I wanna get there.

Also what's your routine and stuff? I'd kill to have that body

Nice bait, faggot

Wow, and here I was expecting to be called a skelly, thanks lads

Anyway, I'm currently a month into the Jim Wendler 5/3/1 BBB program. For my accessory work I pick two workouts between bicep curls, tricep pulldowns, leg press, upright rows, that ab machine thing, cable flies, dumbbell bench press and dumbbell shoulder press, depending on what's sore. I also work in three sets of max pullups, and I run about a mile and a half 4-5 times a week. I probably eat around 3000 calories a day because I bike to get around and I'm only 18, but I'm gonna eat less when I get into my 20's.

I literally haven't been two the gym in two months cause I've been so busy + unmotivated cause I'm trying to create a non-meme exercise routine. Gonna try to get my ass in gear tho, and having a heavy physical labor job has helped.

You know you really shouldn't be on 5/3/1 it's for advanced lifters. You could be making faster progress using a linear progression routine like madcow

Bump. Rates pls.

I think theres something wrong with my legs even if i do a body squat i cant go deep and with weight this is pretty much as deep as i can go, though it probably looks worse since i dont have the spotters up in this pic

Thingken hard about going fraud. Im still not 100% sure but i know for a fact that i won't get as big (and relatively lean) as i can while staying natty. I just want to leave humanity behind.

This cbt needs more (you)'s

Dude you look fucking great just keep at naturally. Don't fuck up your endocrine system to chase some illusion of vanity.

You're my goal body. Same height but I'm 220lbs right now.
Left you got a serious pump goin' on. Natty?

I'm 24 I should be able to be like you in 2 more years.

good base
nice arms breh
why are you cutting.....

mmm thicc

I'm natty. I was 230 two years ago, but I was very strong then. Benching 315 for reps, squatting 435 for reps, deadlifting 585 for reps. I was fat, don't get me wrong, but I was also strong.

Got it. I'm not there yet then.
I'm cutting down from 300lbs+.
My stats are only
250lbs bench for reps
315lbs squat for reps
365lbs deadlift for reps

I'm going to cut down to 180lbs in the next few months, then slow bulk to ~230-240lbs, and cut back down. Long road ahead.

I wanna fug your boipussy so bad

Keep at it, you'll get there.

I need some help here brahs... some say i need to go full bulk other that i need to cut cuz is better to keep motivation whe you have visible abs/muscles.

What u guys think?

Bench press
Down to about 165 now, cutting for about 6 weeks and hiking in Texas/camping trip has helped me not feel as fat for bulking. Trying to compete in strongman come spring though so gotta get stronger

Bulk if you don't mind getting a bit fatter in summer. You don't really have a lot muscle mass, so cutting won't make you look good. You probably need to be at a pretty low bf% because your abs haven't been trained properly yet. Focus more on upper body instead of deadlifts for a while if you want to look better

From front

There's no way I'm the only person on this board who reads these threads as "Cock and Ball Torture" every time.
Where my other masochistic buff dudes at

I'll just use this image because I look exactly the same. Fell off hard in April, trying to come back.

5'11", 213 lbs (168-170 lbs lean), 25, I'd like to get up to 185 lbs lean and I'm wondering if I can do that while staying mostly lean. Don't have a favorite or least favorite lift, it all blurs together because I'm just focused on working and keeping good form.

Currently doing a four-day split (Back/Triceps, Chest/Biceps, Core/Shoulders, then Legs. Followed by two days of cardio on the treadmill where I try to keep my heart rate between 155-165 anywhere from 30-60 minutes. Rest on Sunday. Try to take in anywhere from 150-200g of protein a day. I very recently changed my routine to do slower reps (1-2-4 method), I definitely feel my muscles working more than when I tried to be explosive with my positives.

For my diet, I always have three eggs and steel-cut oats for breakfast, followed by beans and rice with a sandwich for lunch, and then usually have either salmon, steak, or chicken breast for dinner with a dark green like spinach/chopped turnip greens, etc. My weight yo-yos three pounds one way or the other and I haven't noticed myself getting any leaner, so I don't think I'm putting on any muscle, either. But I'm afraid to eat more because I don't wanna look like a fat fuck, I already have like thirty pounds of fat to lose. Not sure what to do at this time.

Why would you eat more and gain weight if you want to get leaner?
I don't understand this post

Because the weight I'd like to gain is muscle. I understand that you'll put on a little fat when putting on muscle since you'd have to eat more, but I didn't wanna go hog-wild with the concept and get fatter with almost no increase in lean mass. Plus when I first started, that first three months I lost like 20 lbs of fat and put on 8-9 lbs of muscle. If quickly putting on lean mass means having to get fat, I'll do it, I just wanna know what to do.

I don't understand either.

What exactly are you trying to do? Lose weight? Gain weight?

Are you running a deficit?

but you're already really fat. I don't feel like writing an actual post about this. Just go cut. There's no doubt you should cut. I'd say literally anyone you'd ask would agree with me

Form is bad. Open up at the hips and come down between your legs. Your wrists should not be bent like that either.

sure, 6'3" around 200lbs
replaced budweiser with perrier mode

bending your wrist when squatting is fine

6'2"

Slow cut

Front squat

I feel like a bent wrist implies that they are employing arm and shoulder strength into the squat. If the bar is resting along back musculature the hands should just rest on top of the bar, no wrist tension required to keep it there. To each their own I guess. But those legs look within shoulders, legs go just outside shoulders and feet pointed out - no?

nice

would fug that hunky boipussy

Furthermore...if you look at the shoulders with these bent wrists you can tell the back musculature is not tight. How can you rest any weight on a shelf that is not strong?? I don't think we should give this guy shit advice here. Wrists need to straighten out, back musculature tightens up, and breaking and the hips with knees tracking out to toes - that gets him down the parallel from this position. If he squats like this it is a good morning with 20 more lbs.

Good squat form is different from person to person. skeletal difference and bar position are things determining where your feet point and how wide your stance is. I'd say for highbar squats your wrists should be straight and for lowbar you can do either.

I'm not saying his form isn't shit btw

Main goal is to put on lean mass. I'm probably taking in 1700-2100 calories a day.

Honestly I thought you were him that's why I give you shit haha.

You need to chill on this "lean" buzzword. You need to cut the fat, saying "lean gainz" a thousand times does not change the fact you have mucho body fat.
