Every Progress is a good one and personal records are more important than to compare yourself to others, this is what a healthy mind difference from a unhealthy. If some can bench press 100 in under a year, hey, good for him, if yourself can bench press 100 kg in only 2-3 years, hey, also cool, because it's your personal record.
