Hey, LOSERS. I just benched 67.5kg for one rep, and I've only been lifting for a month.
It literally takes YEARS for most people to even come close to benching 1 pl8, yet here I am, going well over that within a month.

You really should get on gear if you ever hope to outmatch me.

Pic related, it's my chest after the workout. I'm probably going to shower and go fuck a girl from tinder after this

Holy shit.
Natty?
I've been trying to get a 1pl8 bench for like 2 years now, with benching 3x per week. I'm at the end of my tether and considering roids.

Look. Some people have the genes, some don't.

The truth is - most don't. You can always hop on gear or become a trap, dude.

Are people this weak normally? I think I underestimate my strength if people think 70kg is impressive for one rep.

Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Damn bro you should compete

Routine?

Nice e-stats faggot
Video or GTFO

Fucking hell I thought no one could bench more than the bar while being natty. Nice

I benched 1pl8 after 1.5 month in the gym

You'll just accuse me of fake plates, so fuck off.
SS with a few tweaks, and 10 sets of fucking your mom per day, 6 days a week (Sunday is church time). Don't try it, it's only for people that can handle the load.
Competition is a way to prove your genetic quality. I don't need to prove anything.
Hello, Bryan. Don't dis me just because you've been working out for longer than I have. We're on the same level if you discount the years of lifting you have. I'll be there in in a few more months, you fat faggot bitch.

How interesting I've been looking up your stats and compared to the average and you are right, it is impressive for the majority of people for you to do 70kg one rep as a beginner.

I'm going to see what my max one rep is tonight at the gym, I'll keep you posted so keep this thread alive faggot.

(btw my name isn't Bryan, I'm not your man crush)

>1 pl8
Oh yeah just to double check 1 pl8 is 20kg each side correct?

1 pl8, 1rd day in gym. 2 ez

Sorry... I mixed lbs with kg. My rep was 67.5lbs... not kg. That's why I could reach it so fast... I'm really embarrassed now.

No it's 20kg on one side and that's it, really trains the stabilizer muscles

I refuse to believe you are OP.
Thanks faggot I'll come to you if I need to kill myself

1 pl8 is 20lbs right?

Bitch I reached 1/2/3/4 after only 2 months, natty.

1p8 = 45lbs

Ah well, I benched 45lbs last time so I guess I'm at 1pl8.

I'm 130 pounds and close to benching 1pl8. I'm at 35 now and feeling comfortable. I feel shitty that I can't do a pl8 yet but have been only consistently going for a month now.

does OP really think this looks good? lmao

Its 1 pl8 on each side so overall 135 lbs. Whiich is dyel mode

Is everyone itt trolling? When I started lifting I could do 2pl8 for 6 reps

Bullshit nobody can lift that much.

I know, right?

Literally, my very first day in the gym I benched 155 for 18 reps.

I wouldn't be showing off a chest like that, not impressive bro, you look tiny.

I understand this is a meme thread, but I've always looked at weight lifted by approximate person weight. Like if someone is a manlet, like 5'2" 100-125 benching 135, then I don't laugh at the weight.

I laugh at his height.

only one rep?

lol

shit man I can only do a half-rep at that weight, good job.
got any before pics?

this is a meme right? most people hit 1pl8 after a month, atleast if they're doing strenght training

Lol fags. I'm eating right now, preparing for the next lifting sesh(session, for you non-lifters).

Stay mad, haters.

Every Progress is a good one and personal records are more important than to compare yourself to others, this is what a healthy mind difference from a unhealthy.
If some can bench press 100 in under a year, hey, good for him, if yourself can bench press 100 kg in only 2-3 years, hey, also cool, because it's your personal record.

We are not enemies, we should help each other and give advice. For years Veeky Forums was a board were people actually had a clue of what they said. I learned a lot about nutrition and training methods. Now it's only full of shitposting dyels.
