Do I have to worry about anything when starting to lift after being totally sedentary for the last 10 years? Even just walking around at this point I feel like I got bad knees, shins, back, just all fucked up.

You will have the worst dull aching pain of your life for the first two months after you begin to get active - this is what keeps most people from going back to the gym (Hence the NY resolutioner stereotype). I remember after my first leg day I thought my knees were gonna explode and I could barely stand at work.
Fight through it and before you know it you'll be able to lift 3 or 4 times a week with only minor DOMS. Compound lifts (especially squats) help strengthen a lot of joints with repeated exposure, so you'll actually grow more resistant to injury over time provided you use proper form.

I've lifted before so I'm aware of DOMS I'm really more concerned about throwing my back out when squatting or having my knee pop. I was crouched at work for less than 3 minutes the other day and my left knee was aching for 2 days after. Stuff like that freaks me out.
But I guess the only answer is Just Do It?
No you'll be fine. Just start a beginner routine and stick to it.
You won't get DOMS if you do keto.
Probably won't happen unless you go extremely heavy.
