I thought if I lost a bit over 1% of total mass that would equal around about 1% body fat. I planned on three months to cut 5 - 7 % but I'm only losing about 0.4% body fat a week no matter how hard I cut and I dont think I'm going to make it.
I go to Las Vegas in august and my hotel has some pretty crazy pool parties.
