I was told if you only fap every 7 days your testosterone levels become 145% higher.

My questions are do any of you know if this is true?

That would be a very big improvement in lifts wouldn't it, for example if you can bench 60kg and then your testosterone levels were 145% higher surely you could do about 80kg?

You'll see some initial changes but that's just because your body is producing too many hormones because you fap too often. Kinda like how your hair gets really greasy if you use shampoo, to make up for the dryness.
