The difference between then and now is that there is a greater divide in lifestyles. We are healthy because we choose a healthy lifestyle. Today there is so much more info and resources to live at peak physical conditioning if you CHOOSE to do that. The problem is that many people choose to not give a fuck and that is the other end of the spectrum. Unhealthy people can get unhealthier than ever before and healthy people can get healthier than ever before. It's just two new extremes.
