1 cup of cooked rice = 200 calories, 4.4 g protein

1/2 cup oats = 150 calories, 6 g protein

500 ml milk = 250 calories and 14 g protein

cinnamon

vanilla

brown sugar

600 calories and 24 g protein

add in 2 tbsp of flax seed
add in desired scoops of whey isolate.
