At first I thought it was about being hydrated, but this morning I woke up swole af. Yet, for the past two days, it felt the complete opposite and I thought I went too far with my cut. Are there other specific circumstances or factors which determine how swole/pumped you are?

Its mainly water retention. Did you eat garlic or onion / very salty food before bed? Do you have allergies or systemic inflamation? Asparagus, ginger, (blood pressure) medication? All these will influence the amount of water in your tissue. There are other factors as well.
