I used to be underweight af, and my stomach NEVER looked like that. It only started to look flat and abs started showing when I ate at a calorie surplus and started lifting. Don't tell people to just eat less without also telling them to workout consistently. They'll just end up losing muscle and little fat other wise.

Don't focus on squats, that they give you a big ass is just a meme. They at the same time grow your hammies and quads MORE, even if you do variations that activate the glutes optimally. You can still incorporate them in your workout, but don't focus on them. DON'T.
Instead focus on:

>weighted (single legged) hip thrusts
>hip abductions
>mini band clams
>quadruped mini band hip extension
>American deadlifts
>weighted glute bridges
>Fire hydrants with mini band
>resistance band kickbacks (make sure to bend over and hold something for optimal glute activation).
Eat at a calorific surplus, about 200 calories over your TDEE. It doesn't hurt to also train your upper body a bit, especially your pectorals. I'm a chestlet and my boobs have actually gotten bigger and even perkier.
Don't train everyday, your muscles need rest and recovery. If you train legs on Monday, wait until about Thursday to do it again.
If you end up doing a cut afterwards, decrease intensity and frequency a bit. Your ability to recover will be impaired by the calorific deficit.
