>tfw exercising is making my dick bigger and harder
We'll make it, lads.

I don't know how some people blow up over 300 pounds. At my heaviest I was 220 and drinking 5+ cans of soda and snacking all day.

Losing weight isn't half as hard as a lot of people make it out to be, all you have to do is drink a metric fuckton of water and not eat like a disgusting pig all day.

If I can drop one hundred pounds in under a year, so can you. I believe everyone of you in this thread has potential to make it.

Good luck, /fat/.

>mfw I just set up two hook ups for this week
One this Wednesday with a girl I saw a few moths ago and one this Friday with a girl I met last week.

Finally the scales have shifted after 5 days of stalling!! Weirdly though again I'm lighter during the middle of the day than I am first thing in the morning.

How does DNP work? If I stay eating at my current cut (1500 cals a day) will DNP just help sped that along?

For fucks sake, don't do DNP, just stick with your diet.

MODS

im pretty sure boogie2988 is in this general.
show yourself, boogie.

You could just cut the fat off with a knife too bro

Just had a cheat day and ended up 1100 calories over my limit for the day. Never realized before but I ate less than I normally would so all this time I've been eating like 3500-4500 calories a day for years until I started tracking a while ago and doing 2400 daily. Real eye opener for me but no regrets.

Everyone ways more in the morning.

sooo I'm going to have lovehandles and lose belly skin no matter what I do? Can I fill it in with muscle or something? I went from 240 to 180 and this damn muffin top makes me look like a fucking hillbilly while my face legs are going skeleton mode.

You're meant to weigh less in the morning.

that's what you get for being a fucking dumb cunt who things cheating is okay
fuck you

180? How tall are you? You probably have more weight to lose. 240 isn't high enough to have significant loose skin unless you are short.

I'm down 180lbs total, just looking for something to help for the last 20

>I've put in a lot of hard work and effort
>but I want to slack off and take the easy way out to finish the job
fuck you.

Not him but there's literally nothing wrong with cheating

6'

Not looking to stop the hard work, I'm still doing my cardio and lifting. Just a little help at the end is all i'm looking for

FUCK YOU

> nothing wrong
> cheating
uhm, think again friendo

Not gonna make it. If you don't cheat once in a while you're legit autism tier and can't control yourself enough to go back to normal after a single cheat day. Must suck to be so weak willed you can't endulge once in a while.

>hit gym 3 times last week
>heavy lifting and cardio each time
>eat healthy, low calorie food all week
>even fast saturday and sunday
>weight my self this morning
>im only down 0.6lbs
WHAT THE FUCK

count your calories u fat fuck. you can't just say you eat low calorie shit and expect to lose weight.

im anyone have any insight? i'm starting to get worried.

Going to cook myself some crispy salmon tonight.

>Salmon fillet
>little bit of salt for seasoning
>cooked in little bit of oil

Can anyone recommend any sauces that would go with it? or should I just have it like that.

Hypertrophy. I'm assuming it's on the belly, focus on building a wide back and pecs to help this. Obviously building up your overall physique over time will help immensely. You might also consider surgery depending on how bad it is. Good job on the weight loss man.

I still have a gut but i know its going to show up there, im seeing it on my thighs more than anything and I think its definitely going to show up on my triceps (this is fixable though by building my arms up)

any idea on a decent hypertrophy routine? and thank you it's been a long journey but ive never been happier.

I'm using the reddit ppl routine and it's really good so far.
They all work the same though, so just pick whatever appeals to you most.

Why is it so hard to get all the nutrients you need on a cut?

What do you think /FAT/ ???

>what are supplements

>eating food
>tfw havent eaten dinner and wont

I'm gonna make it guys. I'm down to 69kgs from 71kgs last week.

>69

>supplements.

Everybody post supplements :

I have :
>Vitamin C
> Marine Magnesium
> Vitamin B6
> Fish oil (Omega 3)
> Zinc
> Selenium
> Spirulina (Iron and Vitamin B9)

On the way :
>5-HTP
> Creatine
> BCAA
> Whey Protein

I'm skinnyfat bro. I need to lose these love-handles-but-not-really-love-handles!

>vitamin B12
>vitamin D3
>creatine
>pea protein
>melatonin

>B12
>pea protein

are you sir by any chance a vegan?

Also I forgot to add melatonin, I have some on hand too.

I don't identify as vegan.

Yeah I understand what you mean.
I was just making the connection between having those two supplements, one being a common deficiency for ... non-meat eaters, and the other well coming from a vegetal source.
I am almost 99% "vegan" as well, haven't had animal products (eggs, dairy) in very long and only consume very little amounts of meat ever so often. I'll get there.

Is pea protein any good? Feel free to share your experience and knowledge on it, please.
I'm thinking I could switch to it too.

Also is D3 available no prescription in your country? I went to get some at the pharmacy the other day and the chemist told me to get a script for it.

>vegan

So is a cheat meal a meal that puts you over your maintenance or a meal that you just shouldn't really consume, even if you still make your cut?

>Is pea protein any good?
I started taking it a few days ago and the only problem I have with it so far is that it tastes like ass (unsweetened).

>Also is D3 available no prescription in your country?
Yes, you can get oral D3 without a prescription up to 50µg, anything that you need to inject requires a prescription though. In what country do you live? The UK?

I live in France currently, but I am going to study in the UK next semester (where my dad lives too) coincidentally. I think I'll make profit of socialist healthcare here and just go see the doctor and ask for a script of the good stuff.
I'll research about D3 orals though to see if some other chemist doesn't have them.
Where do you get your pea protein from? I'm looking at the myprotein one right now.

I bought it at a local supermarket, but it was kind of expensive so I'm considering to order more from myprotein once I'm done with this bag.

a cheat meal is cancer fucking kys if you're thinking about eating one

Well guess what? I found D3 orals on myprotein's website as I was searching for the pea protein.
They have a pea protein isolate, unflavored for a decent price.

It can be either depending on how much you believe "a calorie is a calorie" and "if it fits your macros"

For me, when I wanna have a cheat day, it means eating McDonalds or maybe a slice of pizza. However, I never ever go over my maintenance, I generally go for a few hundred kcals over my current 1600 limit. So I'm still technically losing weight since I'm eating at a deficit.

Some people see cheat days as a way to eat like 3k or 4k which I personally think is a bad idea since you actually are resetting progress.

My suggestion: Drink water or black coffee for most of the day and then eat only two double quarter pounders with cheese. Remove a couple of the buns. It's tasty, cheap-ish, decent protons, around 1600 kcals and you'll definitely feel disgusted/satisfied by the end so you'll be begging to go back to healthy shit like oats. Works for me m8

fat fucks

Bat cucks

damn that looks like pork crackling

looks tasty!

Salmon is too good to mix up with sauces desu, its a downgrade
Its a pretty fatty meat so it doesn't get dry too

What weightloss diet are people using?

eating less seems to work for me

I don't even eat that much, its just WHAT I eat :(

lads if i eat very little should i eat a bowl of oatmeal to clean my gutts out from the rest of the stool?

Ive never needed to use oil when cooking salmon, its so dang fatty that it cooks in its own juices.

>weighed myself this morning
>scale started in the 260s and I got excited

I ended up at 270.2 but still very happy. I'm down almost 30 pounds in 2 months and weigh less than I have since 2015.

I want to get to 265 by the end of June which would be my lightest in 5 years. My end goal weight is around 200.

do girls like bears?

Some

What do you normally eat m8? What're your goals? Height, weight? Lemme see if I can help you out

Usually just girls with low self esteem. They want somebody they can control and/or don't have to worry about leaving them.

My ex flat out told me she didn't like me going to the gym and getting healthier ("I don't like guys with abs") but she just wanted to be in a relationship rather than in something meaningful.

Salami sandwhiches. Occasional fast food (like,1x a fortnight). I eat oats for brekky (usually a full bowl because I haven't bothered to read how much a serve is). And because I live at home whatever is served up, usually consists of vegetables, w/ gravy. Roast chicken is pretty common too. My BF is 31.6 and my BMI is 33.5

I do however exercise 2x a week pretty intensely, all up probs about 4 hours. I'm pretty fit under the fat (if that makes sense).

Post your myfitnesspal diary for a typical day

>samefag
Just realized I left out my height weight etc out

177cm 104kg. Goals would be down to 80-85kg (still unhealthy....but its a realistic target, I was at 93 kilos a few months ago).

i'm feeling hungrier and hungrier every day and my cut progress is glacially slow even at 1700 cal/day, so i'm trying out that diet break concept i've seen posted here before. 2350 cal/day for the next 14 days, i'll report in for you guys on how it works cause i've seen some people curious about it. worst case i gain 1-2 pounds and eat like a (relative) king for a couple weeks, renewing myself psychologically, and best case i can burn fat faster when i go back to a deficit.

lemon juice my dude

also garlic is v good on salmon

so im 5'9 maybe bigger
91kg, lost 8 kg in 2 weeks, am i doing good?

im doing 200-500 cal a day, totallly worth it, you ca n start eating once you see abs

>eat 1400 calories per day
>track everything
>gym 5 times a week
>5ft7, 210lbs
>scale has barely moved in 4 months
>look totally different, lost inches from all over my body

Am I doing it right or wrong? I hear people on here losing 30lbs in two months and I'm barely managing 6lbs in double that time.

Do I need to increase my cals then drop them again?

Soz, I had to make an account and shit.

That pic would represent pretty much every day what I eat +/-

Doesn't look too bad

What's your current height/weight?

Do you have milk with your cereal?

Are you weighing your food? 100g isn't a lot of chicken. It's half of a chicken breast.

Honestly m8, this doesn't seem that bad. not terrible by any means. is this not working for you? are you not feeling full with this diet? maybe try accurately reading and identifying portions and serving sizes?

i'd suggest dropping the white bread for whole wheat or whole grain (if you absolutely need bread that is). more protein and fats help you feel better and fuller.

No, I'm not weighing my food. It was just a guess. I'm about 104kg, and 177cm. 33.5BMI. and 31.6Bodyfat. I always have milk with my cereal. I just guessed with the cereal, there wasn't on option for "bowl". Its not a huge bowl, but I'd guess at about, 1-2 cups. I also forgot to add the gravy.

I knew my diet wasn't as bad as some, but I'm not losing weight (I actually gained weight). This is a pretty accurate depiction of my diet (I always have 2 salami sandwhiches on white bread with no cheese though)

Your scale is probably broken if you sure about everything you said.

I would be very happy with that. Keep going user!

Start weighing it (you can get a cheap one on amazon for like $20 US) until you have an idea of what you're actually consuming.

My guess is you are consuming more than you think.

Also, add another 100 (1%) - 150 (whole milk) calories for the milk in the cereal

fix'd version. I noticed I only had 1 sandwhich etc.

I agree that this is probably an underestimation.

Jesus Christ this level of ass blast
you're never going to make it fat fuck

Does anyone have that fph pic of a guy making a 'healthy' bowl of cereal that ends up being like 3000 calories?

There you have it. Your lunch is 2-3 times what it should be.

Cut out one of those sandwiches and make sure everything else is in line and you'll lose weight.

if you were actually eating 1600 calories you would be at your goal weight by January, not even including any exercise.

I'm most likely doing night work on Wednesday night. Should I move Wednesday's session to Thursday after I've slept some?

The more I thought about it the worse it got. The last pic was 99.99% accurate. The milk kills me too. This is the final version.

Is there something I could have instead of the banana? I hate the texture/taste of them.

I thought it might be off but I can't see why it would be broken. It's electronic and showed the 6lb weight loss.

You need to replace those sandwiches with something else like ASAP.
also
replace all cereal with this

If you ate your dinner or something similar for all 3 meals you'd lose weight like mad, while being completely full the entire day, and getting enough protein. Assuming those are accurate weights

>something other than banana
Apples and pretty much any berries are GOAT

It's time for the daily "what are you eating today" /fat/ ! Post what you're having for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
If you're cooking it yourself, share a recipe with a friend, some tips on how you like it, inspire another user to try new tastes!
Pictures are a must, it's a great form of accountability as well as recognition for the effort put in, as well as a drive to better one's technique and presentation, which in the end will lead to a better, more proportionately healthy, relationship with food.

Let's see what you got, lads and lassies!

I'll start : for breakfast I had a cup of watermelon and chai spiced tea unsweetened.
for lunch I have just made a traditional middle eastern/mediterranean lentil salad I got inspired to do by trying it once at a lebanese restaurant a few years back.
Put lentils to cook on the stove.
You'll need to chop up parsley and mint leaves to taste, dice finely a tomato, a quarter of a long cucumber and a carrot, mix the whole with olive oil and lemon juice, a bit of salt to taste. Add in the cold lentils, and mix well.
And voila, you have a light fresh colorful lentil salad! Enjoy!

Well bottom line is you need to eat things you like. If you lose that 20kg eating food you hate, you're probably going to fail and go back to how you were eating before. That's why so many people rebound.

People on Veeky Forums give me shit for the chourico (sausage) but it's a good source of protein and although high in sodium, I'm below my daily limit so I find it acceptable as it's something I can eat with eggs every day.

I don't like plain oatmeal so I chop up a banana and throw it in. If you want to go the oatmeal route, which most people on /fit /recommend, you can throw something else in. I hear oatmeal/yogurt is good, but I've never tried it.

2nd day of fasting, feeling good, taking lite salt and have bone broth ready. Breaking it next saturday, will see what the scale says by then

literally nothing

all day

Yeah I knew those sandwhiches were fucking cancer.

Would weetbix be just as good as that? (I have it in the cupboard) and its dope (I dunno how it compares).

Having been there myself, and known a few others like me: Anything over 300 pounds is a symptom of something other than just bad eating habits. Some psychological damage or disorder, usually compounded by a gradual accretion of self-justification, or poor education, or poor environment, take your pick... something else is wrong. I'm not making excuses, it's just that step one should probably be psychiatric/psychological rather than purely bariatric in nature.

DNP works by making the semi-permiable membranes in your mitochondria leak protons, making the synthesis of ATP from ADP less efficient, so your body consumes more calories to produce the same amount of usable energy. It also produces more heat. If you're not careful with the dosage (and this is before we get into how confident you can be that each grey market pill you take has a consistent dose), you can run a fever high enough to start killing your tissues. Literally cooking yourself from the inside.

Oh man, that sounds delicious as fuck.
Just about to make a bowl of oatmeal with a sliced nectarine for breakfast.
Fixing to meal prep for the week. Skinless, boneless grilled chicken breasts and assorted veggies throughout the week.

Looks like it has about 40% more calories and no fiber. Probably not a great option.

2-4 of those biscuits seem fine. Not as good, but better than alternatives.

Main reason I recommend fiber one to everyone is for the fiber.
Really fucking filling while being incredibly low calorie, and guarantees a shit within 24 hours, I swear half the people in this thread that complain about not losing weight while on a deficit just don't shit enough.

Fiber One it is.

>I got fat as hell
>How did other people get fat as hell?

Getting tired of deluded fatties saying stuff like this to feel superior.

how many calories in pussy because I'm gonna be eating it all day tomorrow.
