I GOT 75MM AND 80MM NUT AND WASHERS TO ASSEMBLE THIS LIFTING CAGE BUT THE INSTRUCTIONS DOESNT SAY WHICH ONES TO USE FOR WHICH PARTS

also, /homegymgeneral/

There's a 100% chance it does and you're overlooking it.

All I got is this shitty ass diagram

Is that the force usa utility rack? Are you an ausfag?

are you literally retarded? It's clearly shown on that diagram

It quite clearly says which to use for which
There's a reason they are numbered.
Also slap your father for not raising you right.

There are 16 75mm bolts, and 16 holes for the uprights top and bottom.

There are 12 other spots for bolts to go, put the 80mms there.

EVEN if the diagram didn't specify which it does you could still figure it out

Oh fuck I'm retarded. I thought the numbers were like numbered steps

Nah its a Mirafit cage, I'm bongistani

If you can't figure that out make sure to get some coaching or read the SS book a couple of times over.

>numbered steps
1,6,2,7,13,2,2,1,2,3,1,13,3,5,7,1,2,1

It's time to stop posting mane.

On a serious note, I loved my time of home gym ownership 0 regrets. For optimum use get a share house with a bunch of other lifters.

>(You)

>step 2
>also step 2
>another step 2
>step 2 on another part of the rack
>and another

are you literally retarded mate?

>step 1
>assemble the entire cage

pretty based instructions desu

This is why legos should be mandatory for all children

Bro has spine issues and can't squat.
What would be the best way to build a hack squat machine?
I was thinking for low weights just making a moving part for the back would be sufficient and hold dumbbells in the hand for weight.
Thoughts? Is this a good idea for someone with spine issues? Alternatives?

>step 1
>assemble the entire cage

...

>Bro has spine issues and can't squat.

I doubt it.

That's okay.
What would be the best way to build a hack squat machine?

...

I see labels for each piece and labels indicating what goes where.
Use your fucking brain you fucking moron
