I do pplpp 5*5 with hypertrophy exercises thrown in too and another leg day if I can make it 6 days a week. Dieting I just did IF and IIFYM but always making sure to get my protein goal.
I started 231 last June, cut till December then did a mini bulk till end of Feb where I started a cut at 212.4lbs and ended it yesterday at 189.6lbs

No set routine but this week I've been doing a pseudo ppl type thing focused on volume for isolations and intensity on compounds. Train 7 days a week and go hard every single day is the best advice i can give you
