>tfw Eric Bugenhagen is closing his patreon acc due to his job contract
rip
At least i made some nice gains with his program and got quite a bit of knowledge and insight from skype calls.
>reached 1/ /3/4 (dont care about bench that much) >got more motivated and focused all around >absorbed his philosophy of lifting
Thanks mr. Bugefugenhagen
Benjamin Thomas
Whaty his new job
Luke Peterson
>insight from skype calls. wait he actually did that. fuck.
>>reached 1/ /3/4 (dont care about bench that much) honestly dude reaching 1/2/3/4 is so piss easy you even couldve done that by just fucking around
Jordan Nelson
hes gonna do some pro wresting
Jaxon Foster
>dude its piss easy XD
you're skinnyfat irl lol
Anthony Richardson
99% sure he signed for WWE
Luke Campbell
But seriously what is hiw new job?
Jonathan Sanchez
F (;_;)
Luis Lee
confirming this it is but he helped me break through plateaus
one thing is learning about intensity from his videos, but he was like once "if you can squat 3pl8 for single, you can aldo squat 2pl8 for 20reps" I was doubting, but i hit it within 3 days. Mind you doing 1plate for 20 was hard for me when we were talking about it.
I learned the importance of short term goals and that i can in fact lift literally everyday.
mindset > any program
Evan Taylor
give me the cliffs notes on his program pls. never cared much but I'm somewhat curious now that you reminded me.
John Williams
>calls me first time >explain to him what are my goals, tell him im skinnyfat 6'2 >"DUDE GOMAD" >well im not sure im already kinda fat? >"It literally doesnt matter you will cut that later" >go from 84 to 96kg bw with small bit of fat gain, lifting everyday, recovering easily i havent doubted him since
program changes every ~2weeks depending what are you focusing on for example pic related is current bench oriented shit, pressing everyday. 2 weeks ago i was doing squatting variations everyday.
example 6 day program structure is:
warmup 3-4exercises per day (focusing on compounds, full body sort of deal)
Each exercises is warmup sets (low reps from empty bar to literally 1-3rm) cheat reps allowed especially on rows then you calculate back off/working sets with 1rm calc and do them with strict form, slowly and controlled manner.
Chase Turner
huh, seems fun and effective, nice. not sure how I'll get my hands on that now that his patreon is gone but at least this makes me regret not looking into it earlier kek
Wyatt Morales
other example
Noah Perez
looks complicated but once you read a bit into it it does make sense. thanks user
Andrew Bennett
he gave me entire writeup through email hows and whys, first time he sent me program it was 12 pages of text.
So yeah you dont get full picture.
Hunter Martin
I'm starting to deeply regret not wanting to be coached earlier now. On a sidenote, he sounds like an alright lad from the tone of the e-mail, I approve. Some guys go all "DO THIS OR STAY DYEL", he seems like he really cares. Nice.
Eli Hernandez
What kind of wrestling is WWE? I'm not really familiar with it. It is the Hulk Hogan type where it's theatrical with magic powers and stuff? I don't really see Eric fitting in there.
Camden Allen
Seems like he's a fan of volume and simply moving a lot of tonnage each session? I've been thinking my training lacks that recently.
Oliver Cox
Why is this guy so fucking based
Michael Campbell
he is i enjoyed talks with him a lot, we talked about music, since i have same taste, life and shit, and lifting ofcourse
the conversations were supposed to be 1hour, but oftentimes we talked for 2hours
Wyatt Hughes
>tfw will never have a bugehuge skype bro WHY EVEN LIVE
Luis Cooper
he explained to me when you get into wwe you are basically to change your identity and they create your entire persona you have to follow
i hope he quits that shit, but what can i know i cut fish for living.
Asher Wood
I guess he is gonna do this for some years, try to get some nice cash and get back to his previous life
Dominic Rogers
I hope it goes well for him, and he doesn't wind up cripples with a painkiller addiction as happens to so many pro-wrestlers.
Isaiah Flores
Redpill me on /patreon/ platform, pls. Are any fitness pro's making any money there?
Jackson Price
>dont care about bench Dyel
James Perry
Who? You don't bench and you think we support that? Get fucked OP, you're a dumbass.
Lucas Kelly
>literally the most worthless lift that doesn't transfer over to any real world application Curlbros pls go
Isaac Turner
The real world application is to not be a pussy. How the fuck am I a curl bro if I'm advocating full body lifts, you absolute retard
Jackson Scott
Being able to push something has no real world application? Well I never
Leo Murphy
Whatever lets you sleep better at night my little dyel benchlet friendo
Levi Lee
>bench press >a full body lift >bench press is the only push exercise At least this guy confirms that the only reason to bench is to impress other people who bench to impress people who bench.
>tfw LITERALLY too smart to bench press
Aiden Miller
Tbh db bench is superior to bb bench in every way Better chest development, better rotator cuff strength, less chance of injury
Kevin Baker
>>bench press >>a full body lift
You don't use leg drive, core strength, or your lats when benching? lmao 1pl8!
