For reference, stopping here is "lockout enough". Past this point you are not moving the bar further up, so you aren't doing any useful work. All you are doing is putting your discs at a disadvantageous position to handle a heavy vertical load.

keep your head in neutral. That's it. where your head is positioned really affects where your center of gravity is. Tucking your chin into your chest might make the lock out feel easier, but it really messes up how the weight is distributed down your posterior chain, hips, etc.

You start way too high, sit lower and you'll be able to puck more weight with better form. And with this type of lockout you will shoot you spinal disc in distant future. You should lock out by flexing ass and legs, not by bending the fuck over.

You're coming too far back at the top. Other than that it's mostly good. Try to time the unlocking of your knees with the unlocking of your hips better
