I ordered some from nootropic depot, tried a measured half teaspoon (should be ~1.1g) yesterday on an empty stomach, and didn't feel a thing, still felt anxious when I went to work 4 hours later. Could I have been doing something wrong? Should I up the dose next time?

Make sure you take it on an empty stomach and don't eat for a few hours afterwards. It will hit 4-5 hours after dosing,
